TAG: Dream Wedding

My babe is getting marry and she said that she has no idea what to do now and where to start from. After watching a tag video of my sis, I came up with an idea to find a wedding tag questions and see what is my level of knowing-what-to-do if I'm a-bride-to-be. Maybe not exactly the steps of what should I do, is more about my dream wedding that I had in mind, if I could just say it in words and they will appear in front of me, like a miracle. HAHAHA!

I looked up Youtube and also Googled it, but it seems to be not much good wedding tag questions out there. So I decided to use few questions that I found, and created my own version of Dream Wedding Tag! :D

Here's the questions, and I shall have my answers when I'm free to do it some time in the week, or month? LOL!

The Groom

1. How would you describe your Dream Husband?

2. Casual attire or formal wear?

3. Will you make him wear contact lenses on our wedding day if he has difficulties on his eye sight?

4. What colour suit you will prefer him to wear? (black, white, grey, multi colours?)

5. Tie or Bow Tie?

The Bride

1. Describe your wedding dress. (ceremony and reception dinner; traditional costume? short party dress?)

2. Hair up, or down?

3. Long or short tail for wedding dress?

4. Who would be your dream wedding dress designer be if you can afford one?

5. What type and colours of flowers you will be holding?

6. What type of style or brand of wedding shoes you will prefer?

7. Will you be doing your own make up and hair do or hire a make up artist and hair dresser?

The Wedding

1. Where do you want to get married?

2. What would your wedding theme or colors be?

3. Traditional or non traditional wedding ceremony?

4. Which will be your ideal place to have your reception? (Place: Garden, beach, high class hotel, own cozy home, hall? Type: Buffet or fine dining?)

5. Will you have a twist in your wedding and make it special such as having a sneakers wedding? Beach wear wedding?

6. What season would you want to get married in?

7. Own vows or vows which is taken from other sources?

8. How many bridesmaids and best-men will be ideal for you?
9. What colour you wish your bridesmaids to wear?

10. Pre-wedding photos or only special photos taken on the wedding day?

11. How many tiers will your wedding cake be? Any specif flavour of cake?

12. What type of vehicle you want your wedding car to be?

13. Silver, Gold, White Gold with plain, diamond or pearl to be your engagement and wedding ring?

14. Prefer red packets aka cash money or "gift list" for others to buy you as wedding gifts?

Remembrance

20012012 - A Day to Remember

Full of fear and heartache just to make a right decision.
It turns out not as bad as I thought,
in fact it was going to happen anyway,
just the matter of time.
Glad that the fear and everything is over,
luckily there was no heartache or guilt at all,
but a day to be remembered.

My babe is a MRS now!

Ok, since I'm so free now, I will tell you the whole story from when I received this news, until she changed her surname and be a MRS! Hah!

On Christmas Eve night last year (sounds like it's so long ago where it is just less than a month ago), my babe private messaged me, Hallie and Veann in Facebook, sharing with us this awesome and jolly news about she getting engaged! Her bf proposed to her that night and she was overjoyed and unprepared and shock and SHE SAID YES!!!! When me and Hallie saw the news, we both are like crazily overjoyed as if it's like our own wedding! LOL! Yeah, she's our babe, of course we gonna be happy for her. I'm excited about everything, thinking of what theme she will use on her wedding day, what dress is she gonna wear, and of course us as bridesmaid! Yah, we don't have to even wait for her to pick us as bridesmaids, we self-picked ourselves! HAHAH!

On 12 Jan 2012, she finally changed her status to Mrs Teh! As in Malaysia, we don't sign our wedding certificate on the day of our marriage, we sign it before hand which we consider it as Register of Marriage (R.O.M.), then we have our wedding ceremony and reception later on. She asked me a very funny question. "So am I married now?", I said "By law, you're married; by culture and tradition, you're not! Haha!"  I thought my answer was kinda make sense though :D

She looks gorgeous in her Cheong Sam, true oriental beauty. You know what?
She tied her hair herself which I thought it was done by a profesional!!!! 

I'm so happy to see my first primary best babe got married, and I'm glad she found her Mr Right whom she really deserves. Wish her and her husband have a sweet journey ahead, and I wish her nothing but only happiness!

Now, I got to plan my schedule going back to Malaysia for her wedding ceremony and reception, which will be around July or August. Hope I could settle my visa before going back! *finger crossed*

TV series I gotta catch up

I'm gonna catch up with some TV series since I'm on my holiday! I'm not an updated person on TV series, so normally I will watch it all at once when I'm free. I don't randomly watch TV series which I don't know, it has to be recommended by someone that is worth watching, only I will spend my precious time on them. So if you do have some nice recommendation, do drop a comment below and I will certainly check it out!

Here are some TV series that I'm planning to watch:

Breaking Bad 

Breaking bad has 5 seasons in total, it is about crime, drugs. My BF and one of his mate recommended me and I've seen like few episodes randomly while my bf is watching them, and they are not bad. 

Dexter

Dexter has 6 seasons in total, it is more about serial killer and blood stain pattern analyst. Also recomended by my bf and his mate. One of the reason I will watch them is because my bf has all seasons in his hard-drive and this means I don't have to download or stream them myself which something I will never do. Yes I'm LAZY :)

                   

True Blood

True Blood has 5 seasons in total, and they are about vampires! I'm not a big fan of vampires, but I will give it a go also because my bf already has it and a lot of people say is good.

Gossip Girls Season 5

This is one of my most up-to-date but not as up-to-date as others. LOL! I've seen Season 1 - 4 and some of 5, but I'm not up to the latest episode yet, so will definitely catch up with others! I love GG! They are my all time favourite! <3

Glee Season 3

I'm also a Glee fan, so I'm up to the latest season which is Season 3. But there are few more episodes which I need to catch up on as well, but I have to wait for my bf because we watch this together! :) He thought that he would not like Glee, but when I first started watching Glee, he felt in love with them and watch it with me! Haha! Don't judge a movie by it's title! Have you watch Glee: 3D concert movie? I did few days ago but I was kinda disappointed with it. It is literally a Glee Concert that got filmed down with some backstage scene. To me is more like watching their concert rather than considering it a movie. It would be better if they include Mr Schue and his GF, Sue Sylvester, and Coach Beast. I feel the movie is like incomplete without them. I have to admit I like Brittany's solo part as Britney Spears singing I'm a slave for you! She did a really great job as she really does looks like BS in the concert, and her boobies was a WOW! :D

Pretty Little Liars

Apparently this is one of my clueless TV Series that I'm interested in, just because a lot of people recommend that is a very good series. It is still airing in US, so I might wait till the end of Season 2 and download them all at once. Hope is a worth watching. Do comment below if you love/hate this series. Also if you'd read the seven novels of Pretty Little Liars which are Flawless, Perfect, Unbelievable, Wicked,Killer, Heartless, Wanted, and Twisted, do tell me more about them!

So these are all the series I have in mind at the moment, I think I will last me long enough for my summer break, and even Easter break! Hahaha! Too much to watch!!!!!!!!! :DDD

Happy Birthday mummy!!!!

Is my mum's birthday today and I wanna wish her a very very Happy Birthday!!!!!
I love my mum more than anything, but I'm really sad that I could not celebrate her birthday with her this year, and also for the pass 2 years which make me even more sad :(
Is alright, I just wanna sincerely wish her all the best in everything, have a healthy body, be wealthy by don't having to work that hard, and the most important thing is to stay happy and SMILE always! :)
I didn't buy her anything yet for her birthday present this year, yes is YET because I will for sure! I don't know what to give her but I will promise to find something that she really deserves. I didn't send a card back because POS MALAYSIA is really lousy and lame and terrible as I had lost so much stuff sending home (one of it is a RL polo tee which is a gift to my sis and it gone missing! =[ ), so I decided I will never post anything back to Malaysia unless is like super urgent and I will post it with insurance which is NOT cheap. :/
Alright, back to the topic, but actually I will end this post real soon because I already finish rambling  what I wanna ramble. LOL!
So ya, I hope my mum is spending time with my dad and brothers now and have a wonderful time with them, and I will ask her to go on Skype later to have our time together!
I love my mum, and I know she loves me. She deserves everything in the world if I'm able to give her everything. Yes, that is how much I LOVE HER!!!

One of my new year's resolution CHECKED!

I'm doing one of my new year's resolution!!! 

I cooked last night, and I baked today. Will cook more and bake more throughout the year, because this is what I really enjoy doing when I'm free (besides doing craft work)!

I actually think of adding new resolutions through out the year, maybe update it once a month if I encounter something new or feel that I have to do something or make any changes on anything.

Well, life changes all the time, so as my resolutions heh?

2012 Resolutions

2011 has being a great year to me and I could not ask for more. Let's wish that my 2012 will be even better than ever!
I do my resolutions every year, but I don't think I ever really stick to it fully, maybe just one or two that is followed. :/ Although it seems that I'm not that good in following my resolutions every year, but I still think that having goals for the year is still a must for me, is like you have something to look forward to even though you don't follow it always.

This year I will set my resolutions a simple one. :)

✔ Be more hardworking and consistent in my studies for the last semester in uni

✔ Spend my money wisely and try to save for my visa application fee and graduation trip!

✔ Spend more time with my mum (through Skype)

✔ Blog more or Vlog if I have the time 

   - I've been neglecting my blog for the past one year and I know is bad

✔ Follow my other passion/hobby which is baking/cooking

   - Baking utensils will be in my want need list, but they are so freaking expensive! So I wish someone could present me instead! LOL

✔ Take good care of my hair

✔ Leave the past behind and live a better life

✔ Smile more to myself, also to others :)
