American Idol Anyone?

So could this kid be any cuter? This is my pick for the season...David Archuleta. Not just because he is from my hometown Murray, Utah. But he is stinking adorable and has such a good voice. Love him.

He also has a new favorite show "cops". Ahhh I hate this show. The bad thing is he doesn't want to be the cop...he wants to be the bad guy. So at any given time you will see Owen on the floor with his face on the ground and his hand behind his back.

Chuck E Cheese's = Pink Eye

So I skipped work and Brooke and I took the boys to Chuck E Cheese's. The boys had a good time playing the games and watching the show. But a few days later Owen got "pink eye" but we are calling it an eye infection. I hate saying pink eye...it sounds so gross. So maybe he got it somewhere else...but come on.

Owen was so mad that Chuck wouldn't wave back at him. He was yelling "hey chucky" and nothing. I can't remember if I used to think they were real or not.

Grandpa turned the big 90

My grandpa Chic just turned 90 years old. He is just a great man and just love every minute that we get with him. Unfortunaly he isn't remembering too many of them latley...

Owen loves papa Chic...even if Grandpa thinks he is a girl most the time.

How long have you been together? Since May of 2000 (well that is when we first made out).

How long did you date? We "dated" for 1 1/2 years and then we got engaged and were engaged for 9 months.

How old his he? The big 30.

Who eats more? He east more in a sitting...but I eat more through out the day.

Who said I love you first? He so did...but I said it right after.

Who is taller? Chris

Who can sing better? Chris never ever sings....so it is me by far!

Who is smarter? Duh! I think I would say Chris...please don't tell him that. Even though I went to school and he didn't. He just knows things...its crazy...its a lot of discovery. And lets face it...this girl is not street smarts.

Who does the laundry? Chris claims he doesn't know how...Whatever!

Who does the dishes? We share that job...and both equally hate it.

Who pays the bills? That is me...

Who sleeps in the right side of the bed? I do. I think Chris is scared of the boogie man!

Who mows the lawn? Chris for the most part...because he is so damn anal. But last summer I started to and I love it...funny huh?

Who cooks dinner? Carolyn (Chris' mom) makes dinner for us probably 2-3 time a week...bless her heart. I attempt a few times...but it is never great. I need lessons.

Who drives? Chris...he hates driving with me. But if we are driving far then we take turns.

Who is more stubborn? Chris...definetly. I give in too much.

Who kissed who first? Chris kissed me...while I was sleeping. I woke up to him kissing me. So funny. But when I woke up I totally kissed him back.

Who asked who out first? Chris asked me out first.

Who proposed? Chris...so cute...he gave me a kids meal with a ring inside!

Who has more friends? We both have lots of good friends. I definetly see mine more though.

Who is more sensitive? I wish the answer were Chris. But I am...and I hate it.

Who has more siblings? We are tie! We both have 2.

Who wears the pants? He says he does...and I say I do. Who knows?

I just know that I love Chris more then I ever thought possible. Sure we have our spats and disagreements...but at the end of the day...he is amazing and I am so lucky to have him in my life. He is such a good husband, daddy, best friend and does so much for us that I couldn't imagine my life with out him.

Holly's New Favorite Thing!

So I am not Oprah...I'm not giving them away. But I would if I were Oprah! Chris and I vacume our house 2-3 time a week and clean our couches (even thought she isn't allowed on them) 3-4 times a week. I hate dog hair...and Noel sheds...so bad. So if you have a shedding dog or any animal...this is the best vacume. It has super cool...pet hair attachments...that really do work. I have seen the commercials lately with the couple that wrapes everything in plastic and thought....hmmm how good can it be. So I bought it...not a bad price at all $169.00 and it worked.

Seriously....

So...when I use the picture of Owen dressed up like a pirate...with a pretend goatee...he looks more like his mother. CRAZY!

So I am totally shocked that Owen looks 4% more like Chris. I thought for sure it was going to come back saying 75% more like mother. Well Chris...this proves it...your the father. HA HA!

Friday Flashback...Superbowl 1999

So one of my most favorite superbowl parties was back in 1999. We had a bunch of our guy pals come down to Cedar City and we all took off to Vegas for the weekend. We shopped, gambled and played hard. We got back to our apartment in Cedar just in time to watch the superbowl. It was too much fun.



This picture is so funny...we asked the blimpie guy to be in the picture...but the bum on the left just stood in...most of us didn't even know it. So funny!



Of coarse we had to hit the forum shops at Ceasers Palace.
