Random

So I am 34 weeks today! Holy crap I can't even belive it. 6 weeks left...maybe even 5...we'll see. I feel like my stomach grows 12 inches every single day. I forgot how awkward and uncomfortable you feel. I feel like I have to roll off of the couch. I'm surprised my pubic bone hasn't crumbled...maybe it has since it hurts like hell. I feel like my right knee is going bad because of my pubic bone...since I can't put any weight on my left leg...because then my bone feels like it might explode! So because of that...my right knee is taking the hit. Sucks! It's just a matter of days though...right?

Grey's is on tonight...so freaking excited! Just from the preview...I am excited! I am also loving to watch Mark Ballas on dancing with the stars. He is just too HOT! Can't decide who I love yet on that show. Also loving 90210. It is so high school and seems a little younger then the original...but I love it.

I think Owen is getting bullied in pre-school...or his stories are just getting better and better. He told me that someone eats his snack everyday. But then he also told me to get back at the kid that he kicked him and Miss Sandy told Owen "good job". Some times the things that happen to Owen in school seem very much like episodes from Hannah Montana...or Suite Life of Zach and Cody.

So work stuff. They called me in the other day and think they have created a job position that would allow me to keep my same salary. I was way excited. Then they dropped the bomb and said that they would need me to come back to work after 6 weeks of maternity leave or they owuld have to offer it to someone else. What the hell! So I told them no way would I come back after 6 weeks...that was crazy and that maybe 8-10 weeks I might come in for an hour here and there...but 6 weeks...are you freaking kidding me. I feel like my meetings with them scream HR...but nope...HR could care less. Bob if you are reading this...I hope you take the employee's side every now and then and not just protect the freaking company. So since I am protected by FMLA...I am going to take as long as I want...and if there isn't a job when I get back of the same pay they will have to offer me my severence. So much to worry about. I hate it. 6 weeks though...can you imagine. I feel like I am being bullied into something that I don't want to do...and I can't figure out if this is just their way of getting me out the door. AHHHH!

Update on Chris. Mister Chris was hospitalized AGAIN for lovely kidney stones. They wanted to do an operation...but Chris was afraid of the stint they were going to put in him. Puss! So after 4 bags of fluid they finally decided to put a cathiter in him since he couldn't pee. Have you ever seen this be done before? It was like 18 inches of tube going into his pee-pee. I felt so bad. I don't think it helped Chris much with the pain by me telling him how big and long the tube was...I was shreaking as well...couldn't even imagine getting that without the lovely epidural. Anyway he passed it finally like a week later. He has 5 more that they can see on the CT...so 5 more times of hearing about how much more painful it is to pass a stone then to delivery a child.

Enough I know...just thought I would write a novel and let you know what is going on.

PaPa Chic

My cute grandpa Chic passed away on Sunday. I have so many great memories with this man...I only wish that Owen was able to say the same. He loves his papa Chic very much, but Grandpa has been sick the last few years battling altzimers. Some of my most fond memories are him taking me on hikes and teaching to me walk correctly (I may have been a little pigeon toed). When I was homecoming queen my father was out of town and I asked my grandpa to be the one to escort me on the football field at halftime. He bowed down to me and I remember being so embarrrased...now I just think back at how sweet and what a gentleman he was. He was the one to baptise me. He loved to take all his grandchildren camping and fishing. He was such a wonderful grandfather and I am so happy that I have all these memories to share with Owen and his no named brother so that his legacy can live on through them.

The last few weeks!

So it has been two weeks and Owen is still in preschool. Thank goodness. I put a pull up in his bag the first day and when I picked him up it was gone. The teacher didn't say anything and Owen has gone back and forth on his story. So either he pooped his pants or she took it out of the bag and put it in his cubby. I was so horrified...I almost called to tell them he wasnt' ready...but I didn't and no accidents since. He seems to love preschool...he just won't tell me anything that he does. It's as if he is irritated by me asking. He does tell me the treat he get's everyday and that is about it.
We went to the health fair. I have never been and it was actually pretty cool. They got to pretend they were doctors, get on a fire truck and spray a fireman hose. And they got tons and tons of candy and junk at all the booths.

I came home today and Owen was dressed as a cat. Apparently the letter of the day was C. So cute.
And Owen has lost his first tooth. It seems so early...I was so nervous that it shouldn't of come out yet. But since he freaking got teeth at 2 months...I am thinking he might just be a little early at everything. We will see next month when he goes to the dentist. Maybe I shouldn't be letting him brush his teeth on his own.

Anxiety Issue's

So Owen starts preschool tomorrow! So nervous! Reason being...he isn't 100 percent poo trained. Potty training...he can do...but number 2...not so much. He could do it, and has done it...but at the time refuses to do it. What is up with that? We serioulsy have bribed him, praised him, punished him (just took toys away that he got in the past for doing the deed)...but it all works for about 3 days and then nothing. I don't get it. So I opted not to tell the preschool teacher...hoping that he either goes before, after or just holds it in. Was I wrong to not tell her? He is four...and needs preschool. I am hoping that being around other kids...he realized that it's normal and that all kid's go in the toilet.

Other anxiety about preschool. Owen is hilarious and is a story teller...but some of the stories he tells inlcude Chris and I. The bad part or good however you look at it...they aren't true. Is he going to sit there and tell his teacher all these stories about Chris and I and she is going to think bad things. Some are not bad...like today Carolyn called to see if I was okay, because apparently when moving Owen's bed down stairs I fell all the way down the stairs and hit my head really hard. The only true part of that is that we moved his bed down the stairs. Other stories have been that Owen told Carolyn that his dad spanked him cause he spilled a coke on the carpet. Owen did spill the coke...we told him that is why we don't drink in the living room...but we would never spank him. So before, I thought these stories were hillarious...cause Carolyn knows him and us and we get a good laugh. Now I am scared I am going to get a knock on my door from Child Family Services. Suck!
