 | 11:39 pm so far today i did pretty well minus my horrible sleep and nightmare about my ex... i still weighed 170 in the morning.. tho :( studied alot... did amazing with food.. didnt eat anything.. even tho dinning hall had my fav potatoes...and my friends ate them in front of me.. plus other amazing food!! whoo hoo!! go me! and i weighed myself now.. and im 168.. so maybe ill be lucky and be less tomorrow?... lets hope so.. i did my bmi tho.. it was 24.8 ew!!! ew ew ew!!! ew!! im so disgusted with myself... its gross... but.. im getting there.. and so far ive done amazing the past 2 days.. so i guess one step at a time. do you guys notice that you love to give ur friends food?... i mean... ill bring stuff... and ill just give it away.. like apple cider.. i brought it. had a cup.. and gave tons of it away to nutty and em... and i enjoy the fact that they have NO idea how much sugar is in that... oh well.. im evil anyways.. so heres my fav pics from the VS fashion show.. i didnt watch it cuz i was studying.. but i obviously saw all the pics: ( Read more...Collapse )

honesty , when i restrict its all or nothing. i dunno, i hate to judge anyone elses ED , but it just bothers me when i hear some girls complain about being sooooo hungry when they've probably never gone a day in their life without food of some sort.
go a weekend without eating
starve until it hurts to breathe.
then complain about restricting.

| 08:17 pm In case anyone wants to snoop on whomever has been harassing their journals and/or communities, there is this wonderful website that only requires an IP address and returns a bunch of location information. And from what I can tell, most people are just ignorant enough not to cover their IPs when they flame us. Enjoy :).

| 12:25 am ok, random, but, whenever i eat something i get really really bad backpains. i know it seems weird, but it really does happen to me, so now i'm like in severe pain like 5 minutes after i eat, very strange.

| 12:32 am I spent all day waiting (and obviously still working, not just sitting on m'arse) for my advisor to finish "meeting with those will do REAL science" only to have him ask me to come in at 7am Saturday morning. Granted, I will get to meet with him and have his undivided attention, but that also means that he can say WHATEVER THE FUCK HE WANTS b/c no one else will be there to hear him. *sigh*
Stress is GREAT...it leaves your stomach in knots and makes you not want to touch food.
So thus far today, 1 hour of running + stretches and ab work 2 c. of green tea 3 c. of black tea 1 diet hansen's soda oodles of water 1.5 hours of yoga oodles of water 2 glasses of pinot noir (yes, I suck....feel free to remind me, since EVERYONE ELSE DOES)
