Welcome, and thanks for stopping by.This is a support group of sorts for those who are serious about healing inner pain and are committed to finding healthier alternatives to self-destructive coping mechanisms.I created this community because I was searching for an anti-cutting cutting community, and couldn't find one. This community isn't just about cutting. It's for everyone who needs support for coming back to health and overcoming setbacks.
Feel free to post your stories, your hardships, how you have survived your trials and tribulations, and healthy coping skills. We all slip sometimes, but I ask that people who join this group are serious about recovering. -snoopdawg

2. No graphic photos such as self injury pics or other triggery images
3. Do not plug unrelated communities, related ones dealing with depression, meds etc. are okay.
