The fifteenth season of Bob's Burgers refers to the fifteenth broadcast season. The season started with "The Tina Table: The Tables Have Tina-ed" on September 29, 2024. Episodes premiered at 9 PM ET on Sundays from September until May 18 then at 8 PM on Thursdays from May 29, 2025.[1][2]

On January 26, 2023, Bob's Burgers was renewed for a fourteenth and fifteenth broadcast season by FOX, keeping it on the air until 2025.[3]
On July 26, 2024, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly for San Diego Comic-Con 2024, creator Loren Bouchard revealed the season would have a Halloween and Christmas episode,[4] the former turning out to be "For Whom the Doll Toes" and the latter being "Dog Christmas Day After Afternoon." The panel for the show revealed Pam Grier as a new guest star,[5][6] playing Evelyn James in "Saving Favorite Drive-In," and Amy Sedaris as a returning guest star—previously voicing Samantha in "Weekend at Mort's"—to play Mr. Fischoeder's housemaid Inga.[5] Sedaris first voices Inga in "Mr. Fischoeder's Opus."
Additionally, the panel revealed several returning voice actors who would reprise a character in upcoming episodes, with those mentioned that have done so for this season being Jenny Slate as Tammy, Jim Gaffigan as Henry Haber, Thomas Lennon as Chuck Charles, and Samantha Bee as Pam, Andy Kindler as Mort, Tina Fey as Miss Bisselbender, Aparna Nancherla as Susmita, Chelsea Peretti as Chelsea, Kevin Kline as Mr. Fischoeder, Jari Jones as Marshmallow, Tim Meadows as Mike the Mailman, David Wain as Courtney, Megan Mullally as Gayle, Zach Galifianakis as Felix Fischoeder, Abbi Jacobson as Fifth Grade Megan, Molly Shannon as Millie, Betsy Sodaro as Patty, Sarah Baker as Rena, John Oliver as Ian Amberson, Damon Wayans Jr. as Arnold Evans, Kumail Nanjiani as Skip Marooch, and George Wallace as Mr. Huggins.[6]
