Aghkand-e Olya (Persian: آغكند عليا)[a] is a village in Babarashani Rural District[3] of Chang Almas District in Bijar County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

The village is populated by Kurds.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 178 in 34 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 148 people in 36 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 133 people in 45 households.[1]
