New Tech Trains predecessor/successor

[edit]

Hi, unfortunately I had to revert your edits to several NTT articles, as none of the predecessor/successor additions were correct. These fields are respectively used to indicate if the rolling stock in question replaced another, or was replaced by another, class of rolling stock.

So for example, the predecessor to the R143 would be the R42, not the R142A (which doesn't even run on the same division). Since the R143 is still in operation, it has no successor. Epicgenius (talk) 17:46, 11 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Reversions

[edit]

Hello, I reverted a few of your edits because they removed well referenced information and broke historical talk page history. Furthermore, do not change spelling of words to ones used in other variations of English without consensus - for information on this policy, please see MOS:ENGVAR.

Finally, a little tip from me - "A good rule of thumb is that edits consisting solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of the content should be flagged as minor edits." (Wikipedia:MINOR).

Best wishes! Turini2 (talk) 18:28, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

@EJD799 Do not make edits that contradict the reference, as you did at Docklands Light Railway rolling stock. Turini2 (talk) 21:34, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Percent versus per cent

[edit]

FYI - I reverted your edits to London Underground 2024 Stock as the article uses British spelling (per cent). Turini2 (talk) 17:20, 24 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Article needs sourcing

[edit]

I put citation needed tags on this draft; please address Draft:Korail Class 391000 grapesurgeon (talk) 17:47, 26 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

What does this mean:
lead goes after infobox in code EJD799 (talk) 22:23, 26 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
"Lead" refers to the first section of the article, the summary. WP:LEAD
"Infobox" is the box that summarizes the content of the page.
In the article code, you put the first section of the article after the infobox, which caused the infobox to appear lower than it should be. grapesurgeon (talk) 01:59, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Draft declined
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, Ca, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the subject meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the subject in detail, not just brief mentions or routine announcements;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the subject, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
Unfortunately, many of the cited sources are unreliable (like DCInside). Coverage from independent sources only focus on Seohae Line and there is little coverage on the train itself. Instead, I recommend adding information in this draft to Seohae Line.

Next steps

  • Edit Draft:Korail Class 391000 to address the points above, making sure to publish any changes.
