I just started a community for horse fans, specifically those who are working with or have an interest in off-track retraining. Hello All, I'm in need of help, anyone who could assist me with opinions would be greatly appreciated. Here's my dilema, small and petty to most, but significant to myself. I have 3 horses, with school and work and the babies, it's not fair to have them all. They're all my babies, but there's simply not enough time to work with my 3 and all the others we have here. I have to choose between them. One is
15H 5 y/o Sorrel APHABS mare. Super sweet, well broke, can't keep up with the others on trails, she's justa show mare, but she can be bred, no?
16H black TWH 8 y/o gelding. Super sweet, well broke, lots of go, nice jumper. BIG MOTOR, absolutely adore him. However, he was put on pads, and we believe they may have cut his tendons, I dont know that it bothers him now, but it may later... or
yearling b/w TWH stud colt. super sweet, can train how I please, well bred, super natural, responsive and my baby. absolutely gorgeous.
I just need some opinions, I would have never in all my life believe I would be put in this situation by someone, but so it happens, what do I do? Any advice? |
