Zambrero, part 2
Aug. 24th, 2015 05:38 pm So, I have symptoms of accidental ingestion of previously tinned foods. The most logical source of this is last night's beans, and I should have thought to ask, rather than greedily going 'Beans! Gimme!'.
I've gone looking at the Zambrero site. Does it have an easy interface? Fail. Even with two (mostly) functioning eyes, finding what I'm after is difficult. And they appear to have no FAQ about the food. So, I don't actually know what they mean by 'fresh food', especially given that when I asked, I was informed that the sweet corn was out of a can (seriously, I should have thought sooner, but for some reason the beans did not set off the internal alarms that the corn did).
So, I've gone for the contact us interface. Required fields: first name, last name, email address, phone number. Also required - ticky box on 'agree to terms and conditions' (for a contact us!). With no link on the terms and conditions. So, my message includes the following (approximately)
I do not agree to your terms and conditions, as the link does not go to anything but I'm required to agree to them to contact you.
and
I do not consent to you contacting me by phone, only by email. I have only entered a phone number because it is a mandatory field.
Do I think I'm going to get a good response? Nope. Am I cranky? You betcha.
