out of chocolate error!
Jan. 29th, 2015 01:12 pmOur office has been a little heavy on with chocolate recently - there was the incident of the 4.5kg Toblerone, the box of chocolates that came back from Saudi Arabia, and the 'I passed/I got accepted for a PhD' box of fancy chocolates*. Plus the odd 'ordinary' bar. I don't *really* like milk chocolate, but since I stopped reacting to it, I've developed a habit of eating it anyway. And there has been the odd bit of dark (tasty!) chocolate as well.
Today there is no chocolate. I don't need chocolate. If I were to eat chocolate, I would wonder *why*, and then I would do it again. But I've habituated to going and getting a bit of chocolate when I hit a snag in what I'm working on, and today is a day of snags. But *no chocolate*.
Instead, I have Berocca.
* these are since shutdown ended on 6th January. Although the Toblerone was halved and shared with the office next door, and all the post-docs will come and snaffle chocolate from time to time, so we haven't eat *all* of that between the seven of us.
