Today, I'm clearing out my FB 'saved' list of interesting links. I've tried to cut the FB referrer bits out of the links, so hopefully they are all still functioning links.

What Does It Mean to Die?. Quite a heartbreaking story about one family and their desire to keep their daughter alive. [long; references to institutional racism]
Council tells ratepayers to 'minimise' recycling as Chinese ban bites. I find it really interesting that so much effort has gone into encouraging people to recycle, and yet the facilities just aren't there. It would be so much better if the efforts were going in to reducing single use plastic. grumble And yes, I'm guilty of throwing too much out.
The female price of male pleasure. In which gendered differences as to the meaning of 'bad sex' are discussed at length. (as well as a few other topics. But that one in particular was a bit pointy) [somewhat long]
