yesterday was exhausting, as started with middle child's birthday party (outsourced to Jungle Gym, which meant I got a bit of a rest while the kids all tore around madly). Am a tad cranky about the amount of crap ze got given - stuff that will break in the short term (one made it out of the box before the all important piece that holds the battery in went missing).
BUT

artisanat and I will be travelling north as a standard, we went south. Decision was to go to Rockingham, but as it was late in the afternoon there didn't appear to be any connecting busses to anywhere, so we walked a ways up to a pedestrian bridge to watch a couple of trains go past, then headed back, and caught the train home. Yay, trains!
