ComfyUIでLTX-2.3のFLF2V（First-Last Frame to Video）試してみた

以下の記事でLTX-2.3のI2Vについて紹介しています。

↑の記事のワークフローをベースに↓の記事で紹介したLTX-2のFLF2V（First-Last Frame to Video）のワークフローを参考に、ワークフローを修正しました。

これで最初と最後のフレームを指定した動画生成を試してみます。

動画でも解説してます。

環境

OS:Windows 11
GPU:GeForce RTX 4090
CPU:i9-13900KF
memory:128G

構築手順

以下のカスタムノードをインストールして、ComfyUIを最新化してください。

モデル

ltx-2.3-22b-dev.safetensorsをダウンロードして「ComfyUI\models\checkpoints」に配置
ltx-2.3-spatial-upscaler-x2-1.0.safetensorsをダウンロードして「ComfyUI\models\latent_upscale_models」に配置
ltx-2.3-22b-distilled-lora-384.safetensorsをダウンロードして「ComfyUI\models\loras」に配置

gemma_3_12B_it_fp4_mixed.safetensorsをダウンロードして「ComfyUI\models\text_encoders」に配置

ワークフロー

ワークフローは以下です。
（※2026/3/10 20:30更新　出力がインプットの解像度の２倍になってしまう不具合を修正）

生成結果

生成結果は以下です。
生成時間は６分。
CPUメモリ：80GB
GPUメモリ：50GB（VRAM21GB+共有メモリ29GB）
でした。

音声含めて普通に生成されてます。

１０秒でも生成してみました。

生成時間は5分。
CPUメモリ：102GB
GPUメモリ：57.3GB（VRAM18.4GB+共有メモリ38.9GB）

時間はかかりましたが、こちらも普通に生成されてますね。

横長の動画も生成してみました。

感想

LTX-2.3はかなり凄いですね。
LTX-2でもある程度動かせてましたが、少しぎこちなさがありました。
それがLTX-2.3だとかなり軽減されてます。

いやぁ、これがオープンソースってすごいっすねぇ。
