インド系ウガンダ移民のイスラム教徒 マムダニNY市長誕生！「もっと移民を」のロンドン市長とニューヨーク次期市長 住宅難・治安悪化・財政圧迫に無責任な英労働党と米民主党
ニューヨーク新市長でICE（移民・関税執行局）の不法移民摘発に影響必至。住宅不足の大都市に大量移民、パキスタン系移民による白人少女への組織的犯罪を揉み消すカーン市長、トランスジェンダー批判の作家を武装警官が逮捕するロンドンの二の舞に？
「ICEを廃止しろ」、「移民に不法も合法もない」、「私たち（の祖先）も移民」とマムダム氏を支持する人達は、不法移民による凶悪犯罪の被害者や、移民（入植者）によって筆舌に尽くし難い目に遭わされ、今尚苦しい状況にある先住民のことを考えたことはあるのだろうか？
第二次トランプ政権発足後初めての大都市の市長と州知事の選挙が４日に行われました。ニューヨーク市長選では、民主党が３期連続で勝利を果たしました。今回のニューヨーク市長選挙は、現職で元警察官のエリック・アダムス市長（５５）の汚職や詐欺などが発覚したことにより実施されたもので、民主党急進左派のゾーラン・マムダニ氏（３４）が、アンドリュー・クオモ元ニューヨーク州知事 = 無所属（６７）や保守系のカーティス・スリワ候補（６４）らを押さえ、イスラム教徒として初のニューヨーク市長に選出されました。クオモ氏は２０１１年から２０２１年まで民主党所属でNY州知事を務めていましたが、セクハラ問題発覚と新型コロナ対応の失敗で辞職。今回のNY市長選には無所属で出馬していました。
トランプ大統領やイーロン・マスク氏は、民主党の急進左派市長の誕生に危機感を抱き、泡沫候補のスリワ氏ではなく、知名度で勝りクリントン元大統領やブルームバーグ元NY市長市長が支持するクオモ元州知事を推していました。 ゾーラン・マムダニ氏はインド系両親のもとウガンダで生まれ、家族とともに７歳の時にニューヨークに移住。生粋のニューヨーカー・クオモ氏から二重国籍が指摘されていました。マムダム次期市長の父親は人類学の教授で、母親は映画関係の仕事に従事。両親ともに左翼思想の持主で、次期市長自身は２０２１年からニューヨーク州議会議員を務めています。「移民大歓迎」を公言し、市長選挙戦では公共交通機関や保育所の無料化、家賃値上げ凍結、安価な商品を提供するスーパーマーケットの運営など、社会主義 / 共産主義的な政策を訴えていました。また未成年者の性転換医療費助成を含む、トランスジェンダー支援も、目玉政策のひとつとして注目されています。
同日に実施された東部バージニア州知事選挙でも、民主党の前下院議員アビゲイル・スパンバーガー候補が、共和党で現副知事のウィンサム・シアーズ候補を破りました。そして北東部ニュージャージー州も民主党のマイキー・シェリル候補が当選確実と伝えられています。これらの州知事選挙も、来年に控える中間選挙を占う前哨戦として、全米で注目されていました。バージニア州は民主党が強い州でしたが、２０２１年に公立高校の女子トイレでトランスジェンダー（女装の男子生徒）が女子生徒に性的暴行した事件が発覚。事件を隠蔽しようとした学校関係者に、保護者説明会で詰め寄った被害生徒の父親が、警察に暴力的に排除・逮捕される事態に発展しました。その後、加害男子生徒が転校先の高校でも女子生徒に性的暴行をはたらいていたことも判明、学校や教育委員会の対応が全米で問題視されるようになり、ようやく男子生徒の逮捕に至りました。
同年１１月に行われたバージニア州知事選挙では、教育現場でのトランスジェンダー生徒による女子生徒への性犯罪が争点となり、行き過ぎたトランスジェンダー政策を改正することを公約に掲げた共和党のグレン・ヤンキン氏が勝利しました。逮捕された被害女子生徒の父親は、ヤンキン知事の特赦を受け、さらに父親と女子生徒は州に対して損害賠償請求の裁判を起こしています。因みに今回の州知事選挙は、バージニア州の知事の任期に関する規定により、ヤンキン氏は再立候補しなかった為、副知事が後継者として選挙戦に挑みました。
ニューヨークは不法入国者の聖域都市であるが故、大量の不法移民が流入し、外国人犯罪が多発しています。世界有数の移民都市イギリスのロンドンでは、不法入国者 / 滞在者に係る政府や公的機関の対策に不満を持つ英国市民が、９月に市中心部で１０万人規模の抗議デモを行いました。移民の凶悪犯罪を摘発しない一方で、トランスジェンダー女性（生物学的男性）の女性トイレ使用について X(twitter)で批判的コメントをしたアイルランド人人気脚本家をヒースロー空港で武装警官が逮捕したり、難民申請者が起こした女児への性犯罪を懸念し抗議のため街を練り歩き市庁舎を訪れた母親を拘束するなど、労働党の犯罪政策には目に余るものがあります。
イギリス白人の人口が４割を切るロンドンでは（アイルランド系を含めても半分以下）、２０１６年にパキスタン系移民のイスラム教徒サディク・カーン市長が誕生し、２０２１年、２０２４年も再選を果たしました。しかしロンドンでも、ロザラム (Rotheram )市やマンチェスター郊外のロッチデールで発覚した、長年にわたるパキスタン系移民による白人の女児/少女への組織的性的暴行事件と同種の事件が起きていたにもかかわらず、警察上層部やカーン市長によって隠蔽されていた疑惑が浮上しました。保守系メディアや内部告発をしていた元警察官と女性市議による、市長や警察の責任追及が続いていますが、犯罪規模があまりにも大きく、また長年の隠蔽で証拠が散逸しているため、捜査は難航するとみられています。
スコットランドでは、数年前、２人の女性に性的暴行した男が起訴後に性別変更し（性転換手術なしの性自認のみ）、女子刑務所に収監される事態が発生しました。しかし被害女性らの猛反発で、男子刑務所に移送されました。本件は、スコットランドの性別に基づく法的保護に関する「平等法」における、 "性別の定義" を "生物学的特徴" に基づくものとするよう自治政府を提訴していた女性団体の活動に、英国民の関心を集める契機となりました。そして今年４月、連合王国最高裁判所が、原告の女性団体の訴えを認める判決を下しました。
スコットランドの学校では、生徒が自分が使いたいトイレを使い（自認する性のトイレを使用）、刑務所については他の女子受刑者に危害を与える恐れがない限りトランスジェンダー女性（生物学的には男）が女子刑務所に収監されることが可能です。イングランドでトランスジェンダー女性（男）が、女子刑務所で同房の女性受刑者に性的暴行した事件も起きています。女性団体は、連合王国最高裁判所の判決と矛盾する、スコットランド自治政府（統治機構で連合王国より下位にあたる）が定める規定の矛盾点を改正するよう、働きかけていくと述べています。

For the grooming gangs there were predominantly made up of British Pakistani men, while the victims were white. Subsequent enquiries in towns like Rochdale and Bradford revealed similar patterns. Baroness Casey, in her report, said a culture of “blindness, ignorance and prejudice” had led to repeated failures to properly investigate child rape cases.
She found evidence of “over-representation” of Asian and Pakistani heritage men among suspects in data collected in Greater Manchester, West and South Yorkshire and said for too long authorities had shied away from the ethnicity of the people involved. It is “not racist to examine the ethnicity of the offenders”, Baroness Casey said in her findings.

２００５年、日本のインド大使館に査証をもらうために訪れた日本人女性（１８）がインド人警備兵に別室に連れ込まれ、わいせつな行為をされた。警備兵は強制退職処分を受けたが、インドの裁判所は最近、警備兵の復職を命じた。その理由は「訴訟手続きの基本的な構成要素を成していないうえ、警備兵への取り調べも違法な形で行われた」から。要するに、疑いが晴れたのではなく、きちんと捜査がされなかったために事件はうやむやになったというわけだ。
