Criminal Justice & Prisons: Punishment, Rehabilitation & Reintegration and Direct Restitution to those offended against should be the purpose of Justice and Prisons, on the Island I would work with the Justice & Prison Services to enable this and ensure that innocence until proven guilty is the working foundation is done. Also those not from the Island who ever they are if they offend they are removed under no more than three strikes and you are out, but ex-prisoners if they offend once more or if immigrants and not nationals more they are removed immediately. I would also ensure there are suitable services for those with genuine problems to be helped as we have people in prison who should not be there like those with mental health problems.
