Mental Health: There are hundreds in the mental health system who are just prescribed drugs and are not able to access the help to get back on track this counter productive and keeps people in a stasis they cannot get out of when there are ways they can really be helped by various therapies and including therapeutic work. There are many who want to work to be productive part-time to build up but the rules do not allow it I would change this as a part of the plan for the Island.
