This is a community for people who struggle with various degrees of mental illness, brain chemistry disorders and/or emotional problems. It is intended to be supportive, nurturing and respectful.
The focus of this group is R E C O V E R Y and W E L L N E S S.
Pro-ana, pro-ED, posts about cutting, self-mutilation, injury or harm are not appropriate in this forum. There are currently over 130 LJ communities that focus on those issues. It is not fair to trigger people who want to find healthy ways to cope with their disorder(s), and therefore these issues are not welcome here.
