IPCC Admits Apocalyptic Climate Scenarios Are “Implausible” – Meaning Most Media Scare Stories Over Last 15 Years Are Officially Junk

Activist climate scientists, journalists and Net Zero-obsessed politicians are in shock following an official admission from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that a set of key assumptions promoting a climate ‘crisis’ since 2011 are “implausible”. The notorious set of always-improbable RCP8.5 ‘pathway’ assumptions which fed into computer models trying to measure an unmeasurable climate are no more. Since around 2011, these ‘business as usual’ assumptions have produced outlandish claims of future climate catastrophe which have been lapped up by lap dog journalists and politicians. The influential writer Roger Pielke Jr. called RCP8.5’s demise, “the most significant development in climate research in decades”.

China Tries To Assert Dominance Over Canada After Carney Trade Deal

 

Did Canada make a deal with the devil just to spite Trump…?

Historically speaking, crawling to communists for help has never been a good idea; there’s always a catch.  By extension, making trade deals with China and the CCP from a position of weakness usually ends with diplomatic concessions instead of mere economic concessions.  That is to say, the Chinese are less interested in economic benefits, and more interested in political submission. 

Canadians are about to speed run this lesson after Prime Minister Mark Carney’s “new strategic partnership” formed with China early this year.   The announcement has been heralded as a pragmatic reset in Canada-China relations after years of tensions, aimed at diversifying Canada’s trade amid U.S. tariffs under Trump.  The goals of the deal include increased bilateral trade, agricultural agreements, currency swaps and energy exports. 

The problem is, Carney also wants Canada to maintain its relationship with Taiwan, which the CCP views as a violation of their “One China” policy.  Not surprisingly, China is already using their newfound economic leverage to pressure Canada to submit to their demands on Taiwan. “Permanent residents” are recent legal immigrants, not citizens. Many have had little exposure to Canada’s fast-shrinking European-style culture.
