So I launched the game normally at first and I was messing with the graphics options and navigating everything just fine with a controller (Using and 8bitdo Pro 2).

After seeing the low resolution options I went and searched for a fix to that. Ended up using the PrototypeFix - CrashFix - FPSFix - FrameDouble fix that's pasted all over the discussions and help guides.

But now the game refuses to recognize my controller at all. Even tried launching it through Big Picture and still nothing.

In game control options has Mouse + KB set as default controller and there's no way to change it as far as I can tell.

Anyone know what's going on?
