My memory sucks, so don't take it as granted, but as far as I remember, you need to go on some sub menu in the online mode to get the extra levels. Gifts or something like that.

No i mean i bought standard because i thought deluxe was all online crap i had no interest in. But turns out the free plane you get in the 30 level pass can actually be used in the campaign.. but now its either buy the whole game again or only get the customizations..

No, you don't have to buy the game again. You now should be able to buy the coins, you will need to buy that pack of 1.100 coins of €9,99, and then you buy the premium pass and get the Morgan that way.
Even if you won't do it now and after season one, you can still buy the plane as DLC, but then it is mostly little bit more expensive. Now with the premium pass it is little bit cheaper. So You would need to spend 10 bucks if you really want to use it in campaign.

? they already stated before hand they would do like ac7 with paid planes dlc. the difference now is that first you have a season with a pass you can buy and get the plane and some other stuff like cosmetics, after the season ends they said they put the plane as dlc. no one ever said anything about pay to win or not pay to win (if they keep ac7 line there will be stronger planes of course but the main focus will be special weapons and except 2 that were ALSO nerfed into the ground for pvp they never put up something exclusively to dlc planes)
