Given that they're unlocked at the same rank, does the Su-35S have ANY advantage over the Rafale over than PSM capability?
Rafale's LAAM is superior to the Flanker's HVAA.
Rafale's LACM is superior to the Flanker's LAGM.
Not sure how 6AAM compares to HCAA in AC8, so maybe that gives the Su-35S a win.
Rafale is faster, and at Lv20 gets a special ability that sacrifices MSL ammo for SpW ammo.
The Su-35S at Lv20 gets... a stall resistance boost? Unless that boost lets you hover or does something wacky with PSMs, it sounds useless compared to most other Lv20 abilities.

Can't give any input over the two planes but the LAGM flies a lot faster than the LACM, a bit of a niche, but can be useful, especially if the ground targets are a bit more spread out after an initial ground attack run.

Like playing 2 hours will get you a scramble
