Aces,

We are actively working to resolve the game crashes issues that some of our players are currently experiencing.
To resolve this issue as quickly as possible and ensure you can enjoy playing the game comfortably, we kindly ask you to a detailed write up of the crashes you are encountering (including the error code and how it happens), as well as your PC specifications in the comments of this thread.

Please provide us with the following information:

- Your PC specifications (GPU, CPU, RAM, etc.)
- Windows version and system software version
- A detailed report of the issue (Error message if any, steps to reproduce).

- If possible, a list of other running applications alongside the game.

Thank you for your cooperation, Aces.

Aces,

We would like to provide an update regarding the distribution of the pre-order bonus title, ACE COMBAT ZERO.

We have continued discussions with our platform partners and other relevant parties regarding this matter.

As a result of these discussions, we now expect to move forward with evaluating a change in the distribution method.

Rather than accessing the title through ACE COMBAT™ 8: WINGS OF THEVE, we are exploring the possibility of making ACE COMBAT ZERO available as a standalone application on Steam.

We are currently reviewing the specific implementation details and distribution timing.

We will provide a further update once additional details have been finalized, including whether this approach can ultimately be realized.

We remain committed to delivering the title in a manner that meets player expectations, and we will continue working closely with all relevant partners to achieve this goal.

We appreciate your continued patience and support.

The ACE COMBAT Team
