※AI LIMIT – Technical Troubleshooting FAQ

Q: The game gets stuck on “Compiling Shaders,” freezes on a black screen, or shows a Unity error and won’t launch. What should I do?

A: This issue may be caused by insufficient VRAM. If your GPU has less than 6GB of VRAM (the minimum requirement), the game may not run properly due to hardware limitations.
You can try lowering the resolution to mitigate the issue. For example, in Steam:
Properties → Launch Options, enter:
-w1280 -h720
If the game launches successfully, please set the in-game resolution to 720p.

Q: The game gets stuck in infinite loading or freezes when loading a save or fast traveling. What can I do?

A: This may be caused by minor corruption in the game data or save files, possibly related to Steam Cloud or GPU load. You can try the following:
Verify the integrity of game files, then restart the game, or reinstall via Steam.
In Steam Settings → Downloads, disable Shader Pre-Caching to reduce GPU load during loading.
Right-click the game → Properties, disable Steam Cloud, then restart Steam.

Q: Issues such as fog gates not disappearing after a boss dies, incorrect boss HP, bosses getting stuck, camera freezing, or enemies not dropping crystals—how can these be fixed?

A: These issues are typically caused by memory/cache overflow. Restarting the game usually resolves them. You can also lower graphics settings to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.
To further improve stability and reduce GPU strain:
Enable FPS limit, disable V-Sync, set Anti-Aliasing to TAA, and turn off Motion Blur.
Lower all graphics settings and resolution, and disable shadow effects.

Important Notice
Modifying save data or using cheats/third-party tools may cause irreversible save corruption or prevent access to the DLC.

The motion blur toggle setting doesn't seem to be working in the demo version.
I tried both on and off but the motion blur stayed on.
When i die first time the FPS drops to below 30.Had to quit the game then start again for normal FPS.

i5 10400f
RX 580 8GB

BTW: a upscale method are welcome :)
Wrong Amor set and Amor can't be removed. (Like seen in some Preview versions.) This better be a bug, otherwise this is hopeless already...
There was a lot of stuttering at the beginning of the demo. It felt like shader compilation stutter from a lot of other game that don't use it. The rest of the game was fine, but the start
stuttered like crazy.
terrible fps drops sometimes!

PC Specifications
processor i7 8700 cpu 3.20 GHz
RAM: 32 GB, DDR 4 SDRAM Memory frequency 3,600
nvidia RTX 3070 8 GB
I tried the boss mid game and not only is the speed difference between your actions and theirs way to much but I also noticed the boss broke through my parry which is understandable if its balanced out but you don't move or respond fast enough for anything other than dying to happen. also parries didn't seem to do much other than temporarily stun her without the option for reposting which is kinda the main way to deal damage since the weapons do so little to bosses.
there is an input delay or "slow" feeling as you're in combat at times.
I like the code vein vibe and game does looks interesting, but the demo stuttering like crazy to the point i can't enjoy the demo. If needed can add shader post processing.
80-90 fps feels like the game is running at 40 fps. Not sure what the issue is. The Lock FPS functionality is also not working, same with motion blur. the game feels very weird to play in terms of smoothness.

Okay so I'm not crazy because this is my reaction too no matter what fps I lock it too it's janky even when the game is telling me it's locked to 40,60,90 it's all the same and feels super janky linked the motion blurr is broken.

Also when ever you die and respawn the fps tanks in half and never recovers I thought this was a memory leak or a bottle neck but nope it's like the game hampers itself and never recovers until you restart the whole game

nah, we all thought we were tripping lol, there is something with a delay while you're in combat despite the fps #
Frame limiter doesnt work nor does v sync. Lot of stuttering and bring back the underwear from equipment removal.
Just beat Lore.
The only bug ive really run into, is the weird frame rate issue when turning the camera. Otherwise running 140fps no problems
Turning off v-sync caused a performance downgrade until I restarted. Stil have it occasionally happen if I'm closing a menu.
- XBox Gamepad no function
- not possible to invest points into strength
