So what exactly is wrong with the game

If you take out ubisoft and denuvo, what else is bad as far as the game. I have a 1080 card so, will performance still be an issue because if so this game is dumb at that point

I experience no performance problems on my GTX 760.

When UPlay won't load, I can't play it, so that's a problem, but you already excluded that.

Not only performance but also glitches. You can't play a 2-player local multiplayer with two controllers in the same computer and other bad programming stuff
