Devin gave me these beautiful flowers for Valentines day as well as some clothes and chocolate. He also gave each of the girls some flowers and a teddy bear (that has hardly left their side since).
We played "Don't Eat Pete!" for the first time in a LONG time for FHE. It was Kage's first time and we used a chocolate chips on each square. He played by all the rules and had more self control than some of the other kids, but was so excited when it was his turn!
Devin and I went out for valentines on Wed night since it was his night off. We ate at the Chalet in Pinetop (special occasion restaurant). We ate a couple rolls of sushi, lamb and red snapper, all were good. The chef came out and talked with us a couple times since Devin recently stitched up his hand at the ER.
Kenton received these chocolates from a girl (Kaitlyn Taylor) who had asked the day before if he would be her Valentine. She has had a crush on him since we moved back to AZ.
The boys both received awards at their Blue and Gold Banquet on Thursday. We had to finish valentines when we got home since the four older kids each had parties on Friday. Kenton's Star Wars valentines had Yoda on them holding a pixy stick and said "Yoda Best Valentine." Kardon's valentines had a target with a pixy stick arrow and said "You hit the mark, Valentine." Kinsey and Kaddie did Tic Tac Toe Valentines and gave the kids two different colors of M&M's to play the game with. Kierra, Kage and I went to Kaddies class for her party.
We spent Friday night (my van got egged that night) at my parents' house in Snowflake and I went with our youth to the temple to do baptisms Sat. morning in the Snowflake Temple. It was awesome! We spend the day in Snowflake and then surprised Devin at work with some chocolate on our way home. A busy but fun week!
