Halloween 2011

This year we joined our friends across town in their neighborhood for Trick or treat. They went all out with a hay wagon that they converted into a Halloween trailer. We had almost 20 kids plus all the adults that we tooled around with. Everyone had a great time!! Clara was a "Cute Witch", Paige was Batgirl and Kaelynn was a butterfly. In some of the darker pics you can see the lights and glow of Kaelynn's wings. BIG hit!! :)

First Day of School

Family Fun in North Carolina

Fun in the sun in North Carolina. Lots of beach time but we did take time to go to the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Macon on the tip of the Crystal Coast Island and we took a ferry to Shackalford Banks to do some shelling and to see the wild horses. All was successful as we got to see lots of horses and Nick found the biggest shell I think I've ever seen :) The beach was great and we brought home lots of shells and sand. :) Everyone is pretty tan now and glad to be home.

So, it seems as if it's been quite some time since I've updated this blog! Yikes!! So.. let's see in the video clips are pictures from Easter, Nick's birthday, Paige's Dance recital, Kaelynn and Paige's field trips to a local gymnastics place, Paige's field trip to the wild life sanctuary where she had a goose eat out of her hand, our first fire of the year, Clara's field trip to the zoo, baseball game with friends in Appleton watching the Timber Rattlers and Clara's last day of preschool which was a carnival. Roller Skating FUN!!

Last weekend was our second annual Mother daughter roller skate outing. The girls LOVE roller skating, even though they have only done it a hand full of times in their lives, but they all did wonderfully just the same. :)

Much Needed Update :)

I know it's be a LONG time since I updated the blog but really other than Christmas not much else fun and/or picture worthy happened the end of 2010. But we started off 2011 with a big birthday celebration for Kaelynn. She is now 6!!! For her birthday we made a trip to the cabin and although we didn't catch a single fish the whole trip we still had a lot of fun playing in the snow and just being out in the woods and being together. Enjoy the pictures!! I'll try to be a bit better about updating from here on out :) Sorry dad :)
