Snowskiing With The Kids

Dad takes the kids skiing, but he can only take one at a time, so Mom and the other two hang out in the lodge.  Kendra is getting good at skiing, too bad we can't go more often.

 Travis did a great job as he does at everything he tries to do.

 This is a real sport that Trevor can excel at.  He started to understand how to turn and was really good at stopping.

Christmas

 Trevor got his RC car that he wanted and it was a fast one, until it died.

 Kendra got an IPOD!  What?

 Travis got his skateboard he wanted and even a new helmet.

Gingerbread House

Grandma Sandy gave the kids a gingerbread house kit and they loved every minute of making it.

 Travis is so creative that he usually does his own and it always turns out great.

Christmas at Papa Jacks

Every year at Papa Jacks, we get an early visit from Santa.  He usually brings gifts for the kids too.  This is a fun time for the kids.

This year at our ward Christmas party, Travis had to dress like Santa.  He has such a wonderful personality that you can't help but fall in love with him.  This Christmas season always brings out the best in people and he is no exception to the rule.

Parade of Lights in Gardnerville

This year was a very snowy and cold parade of lights.

BYU Football at Nevada

Date night, or day I should say.  We went to the BYU vs Nevada football game and left the kids with Grandma.  Fun day for us.

Gardner Kids Run The Gobble Wobble

The Empire Gobble Wobble is now being taken over by Gardner kids.  Kendra won her grade level race and the boys weren't far behind the winner in their grade level race.  I am so blessed to have kids that are able to be active.

Katy's Craft Fair

Katy has a great talent of making hats and has taken that to craft fairs where she makes some fun money as we call it.  

Family Bike Ride

We took our bikes in to Carson and started at Govenor's Field and rode over towards my school.  It was a perfect path for our kids.

Grandma Sandy's Birthday

Julie set up a fun scavenger hunt for Mom on her birthday.  She had different clues and had to drive around the valley to find the next clue.  Fun times.

Halloween

This year the kids each helped to make their costumes.  Travis was a shark, Trevor was a clown, and Kendra was a peacock.
