Okay, so it's Groundhog Day and I'm just now posting about Christmas. Better late than never? December was busy. We closed on our new house on Dec. 7th, but Kevin was still in school until Dec. 18th. We did some cleaning and a little painting. Moved our stuff in on Dec. 21 and 22. We went to a band director family cookie decorating party (picture above) the evening of the 22nd. Went to the Denver aquarium on the 24th for breakfast with Santa plus we got to see Santa scuba with the fish!

We spent Christmas still at the Whitelaws. Jenna got this kitchen and a "funny potato guy" (Mr. Potato Head). Papa and Mima were just waking up downstairs when they heard Jenna's running footsteps and then "Ahhhh!" Why didn't I videotape?!

Gazing at the beloved Peter Pan movie with a new tea set in her lap!

Cool new coat made by Mima

Dec. 26th, we headed to Wichita. Had to start later than expected due to snow road closures so we spent the night part way. Jenna was so excited when we told her we were going to stay at a hotel! Above picture, Jenna cuddling her new Puppy.

Shopping cart was a big hit!

This was the first year that she really got into opening the presents.

Her new cheezy grin when you ask her to smile!

She really loved riding this rocking horse.

Cousins and their techno gadgets!

And, if you've made it to the end of this, for your viewing pleasure: White Christmas and Jingle Bells! (See "Jingle bells 09" and "White Christmas 09" videos.)
We came home from Kansas on the 30th and transfered the rest of our things from the Whitelaw's to our new house on the 31st. Spent the first night in our new house on the 31st - so we started the new year in our new house!
