As part of a national network, CMHA Cariboo Chilcotin provides a wide range of programs and services that foster mental wellness, recovery, social inclusion, and resilience. We work collaboratively with youth, individuals, families, and community partners to ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive in a mentally healthy community. At CMHA Cariboo Chilcotin, we believe that mental health is a universal human right—and we are committed to building a future where mental well-being is within everyone’s reach.
