The U.S. Embassy is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday. Note: The U.S. Embassy is closed on Fiji and U.S. public holidays.

Consular Services & Queries

The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public.

• U.S. Citizen Services section is open from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday for routine services such as passport applications, notarial, and consular reports of birth abroad (CRBAs). Services that require a fee payment must be scheduled before 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday or on Friday mornings.  We kindly request that U.S. citizens schedule appointments for all routine services. • Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visa services: Visa applicants without an appointment will not be permitted to enter the Embassy. For operational hours and contact information, please click here.
