have just sent my two youngest off to their own bathroom, with three bandaids and some antiseptic cream between them to patch up their various woes, and collapsed on the bed. And read a bit of lj. And then decided that I probably shouldn't have done that. And then decided that they are fine (they are only small scratches, after all).

and do they care? I don't think so!

yesterday: obsessive desire to do handstand overwhelms sense/knowledge that this is a Bad Thing, because my shoulder hurts. Realise at bed time that *shoulder doesn't hurt*. At all! shall try this as experiment to see if it works again. (shoulder still completely not hurting right now!)
(note for other people with bad shoulders reading this: my shoulder is not nearly as bad as either of yours. Usually feels like it has just stopped cramping badly.)

today: have succeeded in doing a few things (mostly starting them, or progressing them) but not nearly as much as I would like. However, given that I had 24 hours allocated to the things on the list (as realistic time, so I could pick and choose which of the activities I focused on), happy with where I'm at. Still have 1 1/2 hours to go from here... Think I shall do some cleaning up
