Testimonials
The Guelph and District Multicultural Festival is an incredibly joyful event where we come together to celebrate the richness of cultural diversity in and around Guelph. The music, performances, food and drink are top notch, it’s a weekend not to miss!
In the very beginning when we came across the opportunity to be part of the GDMF, everyone in the company was excited as this event could help outreach to many communities who haven’t tried our siopaos and other FIlipino products. Through the event we were approached by many regarding the availability and distribution points of our products!!
All the staff had an amazing time and this was an opportunity to bond with the team as well.
We look forward to being part of this event every year and being the best vendor possible through safeguarding the principles and policies expected by the GDMF management.
Taking this opportunity to thank Anu and Cinthuja once again for considering Lovely Pao as one of the vendors for the event.
Thanks for giving us the chance to be a part of the festival as a new food vendor. All the arrangements were well done and we did not had any problems with anything during the whole event! I would say this was an example of one of the very few well organized events we have done in past 4 years!!
We got a great exposure to test our new food products and people loved the fusion that we offered! It was a wonderful overall experience to serve people of multiple cultures.
We are 100% coming next year!
Our participation in the Multicultural Festival has been an enriching and invaluable experience for our community organization. The festival provided us with a unique platform to celebrate and share our culture, fostering greater understanding and unity among diverse groups. We deeply appreciate the organizers’ efforts in creating such an inclusive and vibrant event, which has significantly strengthened our community bonds and promoted cultural exchange.
Thank you so much!
The Guelph District Multicultural Festival is an amazing community event that highlights the diversity, equality and inclusiveness of our area. It is an event we always look forward to! It is so great to see the unity across the community who hold true to the festival motto “one world, living together” and displays we are all more the same than we are different. The festival does an incredible job of empowering, inspiring, motivating and encouraging positivity across the area. It is a true honour to be involved in this essential community event.
Working for the Festival has been very satisfying as it gave me the chance to build unity and joy among the many cultural groups in our city. I enjoyed dance, song, crafts, and cuisine from across the world that I would never come across in normal life, and it’s wonderful to broaden my range of experiences and knowledge of the world. I’m happy to have applied my skills towards fostering appreciation for diversity that our community flourishes on.
