Do not suppress the aggregate for partially priced batches
This skips the run aggregate as soon as any native generation has a numeric costDetails.total. If a run contains one priced generation and another generation whose pricing is unavailable (or has zero cost), RunTelemetry may still contain aggregate tokens and cost for the whole run, but this guard drops that aggregate entirely. Langfuse then misses the unpriced call's usage and any associated cost. Only suppress the aggregate when the native generations demonstrably cover the entire run, or otherwise merge/retain the aggregate for the uncovered calls.

Set content capture on by default
This patch changes only the comment. When OPENHUMAN_AGENT_TRACING_CAPTURE_CONTENT is absent, this function never assigns capture_content, so the existing schema default remains in effect. The removed comment explicitly described that default as off; therefore an unset environment variable still leaves content capture disabled, contrary to the new documented behavior. Update the actual Config/observability default (and its tests) if the intended change is to enable capture by default.

Use a field present on UsageInfo
The resolved UsageInfo definition contains token and cost fields but no context_window field. Both accesses therefore fail to compile, breaking the build for every consumer. Add this field to the contract at its source if it is intended to be available, or remove/derive this assignment from an existing field.
Additional critique observation
Use a field that exists on UsageInfo
[RULE] compile-error
u is a UsageInfo, whose definition contains token and cost fields but no context_window member. This field access fails compilation for every build. Add the field to the producing type and populate it, or remove this block and the corresponding expectation until the source contract supports context-window metadata.

Add end-to-end coverage for the production Langfuse push gate
The push gate now allows "production" alongside "staging" and "development". This means the core will send Langfuse ingestion requests to the production backend proxy when share_usage_data is enabled. No end-to-end test verifies that production pushes are correctly allowed, that external hosts are still rejected, and that the session bearer is not leaked to an unrecognized origin. The existing e2e tests (chat/harness/subagent flows) never exercise Langfuse ingestion at all. A test should drive a turn with share_usage_data enabled, point to a known backend URL, and assert the ingestion request (or its absence via log/network mock).

Add end-to-end coverage for child-subagent Langfuse trace export
A new function export_subagent_journal_trace reads the durable journal of a completed child turn and pushes a separate Langfuse trace. It is called from dispatch.rs after every subagent run when share_usage_data is enabled. No end-to-end test verifies that this export is triggered, that the trace is correctly rooted (parent ID set to None), or that the payload respects the capture_content gate. The subagent-harness e2e tests (agent-harness-behaviors.spec.ts, chat-harness-subagent-continue.spec.ts) never check telemetry export.
Additional tests observation
Cover child-turn Langfuse export with an integration test
[RULE] missing-test
export_subagent_journal_trace is new code that reads a journal run, builds a TraceContext, and pushes observations to Langfuse. The helper functions it calls (root_subagent_observations, trace_ctx_with_run_lineage) are unit-tested, but the full integration — journal read, identity lookup, context assembly, push — has no test that would fail if the function regressed. Add a test that exercises the happy path (a mockable journal read and a push assertion) or an end-to-end test that runs a subagent turn and checks the journal is exported.
A regression here would silently drop child-turn traces, reducing observability.

Add end-to-end coverage for the flow trace session ID change
The Langfuse trace sessionId for flow runs changed from the per-run thread_id (flow:{flow_id}:{uuid}) to a stable flow:{flow_id} that groups all runs of the same flow together. This changes how runs appear in the Langfuse UI. No end-to-end test drives a flow run and checks the session ID in the ingestion payload. The unit tests in langfuse_export_tests.rs verify the value but are not end-to-end.

Skip unknown hosts before reading the child journal.
When usage sharing is enabled for an external backend, this call loads the full child journal before push_observations rejects the destination. Each completed child pays that read cost even though no export can occur. Apply the host allowlist before read_run_events.

Preserve run cost that per-call generations do not represent.
If one generation has costDetails.total of 0.0 or only some calls have costs, this condition drops the entire RunTelemetry aggregate. Langfuse then omits the remaining run charge. Compare the per-call total with telemetry.cost_usd, and emit only the unrepresented amount rather than suppressing the aggregate on the first numeric cost.

Apply one deadline to the complete child export.
If a child journal needs multiple ingestion chunks, push_observations allows up to PUSH_TIMEOUT for each chunk. The new task can therefore run for more than ten seconds, before counting the journal read. Wrap the complete read-and-push operation in one ten-second timeout so repeated child exports cannot leave long-lived tasks behind.

`nested_subagent_dispatch_runs_on_a_constrained_worker_stack` overflowed its 1 MiB worker intermittently in CI (every PR on main: tinyhumansai#6672, tinyhumansai#6689, tinyhumansai#6693) and deterministically locally. Measured, not assumed: the test fit in 512 KiB at 9b69475 and needs over 1 MiB on main. A first-parent bisect lands on tinyhumansai#6677 (default-on Langfuse telemetry); splitting that merge shows the tinyagents bump is clean and the cause is the child-trace export it wires into the sub-agent dispatch. With usage sharing now on by default, every delegated turn spawns export_subagent_journal_trace, which reads the child's whole journal and builds its observation tree before push_observations refuses for lack of a live session. In the test that work lands on the constrained worker and overflows it; everywhere without a session it is pure waste. journal_push_ready() runs push_observations' own gates (allowed environment, http ingestion URL, live session token) and the export checks it before reading the journal. The test is back under 512 KiB. Production workers are 16 MiB (AGENT_WORKER_STACK_BYTES), so this was a test-lane overflow and a wasted journal read per child turn, not a production crash.
Summary
Problem
The local sharing default was already enabled, but a production client gate skipped uploads. The durable journal exporter emitted no separate child trace. Generation records lacked first-token timing and native cost, while the backend project selected by the deployed secret could not be confirmed from the current MCP connection.
Solution
Use an explicit production/staging/development host allowlist. Build a child trace from its durable journal, keep the original run lineage in trace metadata, and use the conversation thread as
sessionId. The backend stamps the authenticated user on accepted traces (companion backend PR #1383). TinyAgents PR #220 enriches the generic generation payload.Dependencies: tinyhumansai/tinyagents#220 and backend#1383 have merged. The remaining staging canary follows deployment.

The merged TinyBrowser integration adds three required crates (
tinybrowser-bus,tinybrowser-control,tinyjevclient) to the Linuxflowsgraph. The current graph resolves 306 packages/285 names and still two native builds; the previous ratchet was 303/282/2. This PR updates both counters and dep-sim calibration to the measured graph and removes the retired socket test file from the gated-test allowlist. The product-feature embed regression test now recognizes a tool-result block after the harness continuation preamble.
