Real Madrid held their last training session of 2009 on Thursday and the first in several weeks with Kaka on hand. Rafael Van der Vaart jogged in solitary while Guti and Van Nistelrooy continued working on their recovery protocols. Pepe and Diarra continue being the only absentees. Director General Jorge Valdano and Sporting Director Miguel Pardeza were on hand to wish the team a Happy New Year.

Kaka appears to have recovered from his sports hernia and today got his first feel for the ball in several weeks. He and Cristiano Ronaldo teamed up during the second half of the session to work on various drills. Only Guti and Van Nistelrooy abandoned the pitch following Manuel Pellegrini’s team talk. The two players continue recovering from injury and spent the morning in the gym. Rafael van der Vaart appears to be on the mend after jogging alongside his teammates and then continuing on his own throughout the rest of the workout.

Director General Jorge Valdano and Sporting Director Miguel Pardeza were on hand for the final workout of the year and wished all the players, coaching staff and employees a happy 2010.

Real Madrid will hold two more training session to prepare for Osasuna, tomorrow’s beginning at 16:30 CET.

Here's to 2010!!

Of course it's our favorite man Ricardo Kaka! He was preparing for the next La Liga match against Racing Santander at this Saturday. Yay yay yay can't wait to see it! x)

Also, I need a partner(s) to maintain this community. I'm in my last year of college right now and there are a LOT of school stuff to do (like making a final paper, final examination, and those other scary things!) and of course I have to maintain the Ricky fansite. I'm just afraid that I can't keep up all the time with this community as I used to. T_T So if you want to help me - well I beg you to help me, comment here please. :)

And since this is a community about all Kaka fans, I encourage you to post anything here as long as it's related to him - picspams (you love this, don't you), icons (I'm the worst icon maker - I can't even make one except to crop the pic into 100x100), fan fic (I have a lot of imaginations but I just can't write it xD), wallpapers, blends, headers, designs, well, just post ANYTHING. I don't want this community to be strict - I want it to be a lot of fun! x)

The first thing I want to ask you is: anyone can make a simple layout for this community? I'm an LJ newbie, I don't know anything much about it except to make an LJ cut. :-)

The Whites has arrived in Milan! Here are the photos of them doing training in San Siro for the Champions League match tonight (AC Milan vs Real Madrid!!!!). Our man Kaka is looking suuuuuper gorgeous as usual. Enjoy!
