テーマ：激闘！バレンタイン争奪戦BGM

1. 💝 バレンタイン人物プロンプトの3つの壁

マジでね、バレンタイン人物って普通の人物生成より難しいの〜😅
私が最初にぶち当たった3つの壁がこれ

【壁1】チョコが不自然になる問題

「chocolate box」って入れただけじゃダメなんだよね... チョコの質感、リボンの表現、持ち方... 全部が噛み合わないと「なんか変」になっちゃう💦

【壁2】手の崩壊問題

チョコを「持たせる」って実は超難易度高い！ 手だけでも崩壊しやすいのに、 チョコ持たせたらもう...何度も崩壊させたよ私😭

【壁3】背景がごちゃごちゃになる問題

バレンタインの雰囲気出そうとして、 ハート、リボン、ピンク背景、キラキラ... 全部詰め込んだら「うるさい画像」になっちゃう💧
でもね、この3つ... 実は「プロンプトの書き方」で全部解決できるの〜✨

2. 🎯 バレンタイン人物プロンプトの黄金ルール

私が失敗して見つけた黄金ルール7つ！

ルール1：チョコの表現は「質感＋色＋状態」で3要素指定

❌ ダメな例：chocolate box
✅ 良い例：elegant heart-shaped chocolate box with red ribbon, glossy chocolate pieces visible inside
「質感（glossy）」「色（red ribbon）」「状態（visible inside）」 この3つを入れるだけで、チョコの自然さが段違いになるよ〜！

ルール2：手の崩壊を防ぐ「持ち方指定」

❌ ダメな例：holding chocolate
✅ 良い例：gently holding chocolate box with both hands in front of chest
「gently（優しく）」「both hands（両手で）」「in front of chest（胸の前で）」 持ち方を具体的に指定すると、手の崩壊率が激減するの〜！

ルール3：背景は「シンプル＋1要素」が最強

❌ ダメな例：pink background, hearts, ribbons, sparkles, flowers
✅ 良い例：soft pink gradient background with subtle heart bokeh
背景はシンプルに！ 「soft pink gradient（柔らかいピンクグラデ）」＋「subtle heart bokeh（控えめなハートボケ）」 これだけで十分バレンタイン感出るよ〜✨

ルール4：表情は「感情＋視線」で2段階指定

❌ ダメな例：happy face
✅ 良い例：shy smile with slightly blushed cheeks, looking at viewer with gentle eyes
「shy smile（恥ずかしそうな笑顔）」＋「looking at viewer（こっち見てる）」 この組み合わせがバレンタインっぽさの決め手！

ルール5：服装は「色＋スタイル＋季節感」

❌ ダメな例：cute dress
✅ 良い例：white knit sweater with red skirt, casual winter date outfit
バレンタインは2月だから「winter」要素は必須！ 「knit sweater（ニットセーター）」で季節感バッチリ〜💕

ルール6：照明で「ドキドキ感」を演出

✅ おすすめ：soft warm lighting, gentle rim light from window, romantic atmosphere
照明の指定で「ロマンチック度」が3倍になるよ〜！ 「warm lighting（温かい照明）」がポイント🔥

ルール7：ネガティブプロンプトは「崩壊防止3点セット」

必須NG指定

特に「deformed hands」「extra fingers」は絶対入れる！ これだけで手の崩壊率が減るよ〜✨

5. 🚫 バレンタイン人物の3つの失敗パターンと解決法

私が実際に崩壊させた失敗パターンと、 その解決法を全部公開しちゃうよ〜😅

【失敗パターン1】チョコが謎の物体になる

症状

• チョコボックスの形が歪む

• リボンが溶けてる

• チョコの中身が見えない、または変

原因： プロンプトが曖昧すぎる chocolateだけじゃAIが困っちゃう💦

解決法

elegant heart-shaped chocolate box, 
red satin ribbon tied in bow on top,
glossy chocolate pieces visible inside through clear window,
luxurious Valentine's chocolate packaging

「形（heart-shaped）」「素材（satin ribbon）」「質感（glossy）」「状態（visible inside）」 この4要素を全部入れると、チョコがちゃんとチョコになるよ〜！

私の体験談 最初ね、holding chocolateだけで生成したら... 茶色い謎の物体を持ってる女の子が出てきて😱 「これチョコ...？岩...？」ってなったの💧 でも上記の4要素入れたら、めっちゃ綺麗なチョコボックスになったよ〜✨

【失敗パターン2】手が6本生えてる

症状

• 指が7本、8本ある

• 手の関節が逆方向

• 手が溶けてる

• チョコと手が融合してる

原因： 「持つ」動作の指定が曖昧 AIが手の位置を理解できてない😭

解決法

＋ネガティブプロンプト強化

Negative: deformed hands, extra fingers, malformed fingers,

さらに強力な対策

• both handsで両手指定

• in front of chestで位置指定

• naturally wrapped aroundで持ち方指定

• ネガティブにextra fingersなど7種類入れる

私の体験談： これマジで沼だったの...😭 最初は手が崩壊してたよ💦 でもね、「持ち方の位置指定」＋「ネガティブプロンプト強化」したら、 崩壊率が下がったの〜🔥 完全にゼロにはできないけど、かなり改善されたよ✨

【失敗パターン3】背景がうるさすぎて人物が埋もれる

症状

• ハート、リボン、キラキラが多すぎ

• 背景の色が派手すぎて人物が目立たない

• 「何がメイン？」状態になる

原因： バレンタイン要素を詰め込みすぎ hearts, ribbons, sparkles, pink, red, flowers... 全部入れたら「情報過多」になっちゃう💧

解決法

soft pink gradient background,
subtle heart bokeh in background (out of focus),
simple and clean composition,
focus on character

黄金比率

• メイン：人物＋チョコ（70%）

• 背景装飾：控えめ（30%）

私の体験談 最初ね、「バレンタインっぽくしたい！」って思って、 ハートもリボンもキラキラも全部入れたの... そしたら「人物どこ...？」ってなって😅 でも「subtle（控えめ）」＋「bokeh（ボケ）」使ったら、 人物が引き立ちつつバレンタイン感も出せたよ〜💕

プロのコツ 背景は「ボカす」が最強！ bokeh（ボケ）、out of focus（ピンボケ）、soft blur（柔らかいブラー） この3つのどれか入れると、背景が自然にボケて人物が際立つよ〜✨
