Events Surrounding the Submission of the Defendant's Written Statement

Introduction

At the second oral argument held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, it was announced that the case would conclude at the third oral argument scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025. My deadline for submitting the written statement was set for Monday, January 6 of the same year.

This post outlines how, despite facing numerous forms of obstruction, I managed to submit my written statement by the deadline.

Events Following the Second Oral Argument

Receipt of Plaintiff’s Written Statement (2)

  • Tuesday, December 24: I received Plaintiff’s Written Statement (2) from the plaintiff’s attorney.

  • Wednesday, December 25: I sent a receipt confirmation to the attorney. I personally handed Defendant’s Written Statement (1), which I had prepared, directly to the court clerk.

Conditions Three Days Before the Deadline

Extracts from my journal over the three days prior to the submission deadline show the following sleep conditions.

For example, the entry for January 3 records the following.

Being unable to get proper sleep has become a near-daily condition in recent years.
In particular, a few days before important events such as a court deadline, my sleep condition is often worsened to an extreme degree, as shown in these records.

In my diary, "silent mode" means that the attacks were very weak, if present at all — such as minimal tinnitus or physical sensations.

The January 5 entry states: “I probably assumed my brain wasn’t functioning, so I stayed lying in bed, and eventually fell asleep…”
The January 3 entry reads: “Although I managed to sleep in the latter half of my nap, I woke up extremely fatigued.”

Based on these patterns, I believe my sleep is not due to my physical condition, but is being artificially controlled — including its quality.

Itching, Stimulation, and Anger

On both January 3 and 5, I noted that I “scratched my right calf repeatedly.” While I usually experience dry skin in winter, this level of itching felt abnormal, and I suspect the sensation may have been artificially amplified.

Moreover, I have long been subjected to intermittent stinging or crawling sensations on various parts of my body — stimuli that shift location every one or two seconds.

On January 5, I lost control and shouted while punching the futon in anger. This was likely the result of my frustration peaking after constant interference with the preparation of my statement.

On November 20, 2019, a similar incident caused me to repeatedly strike the futon with my elbow in rage, leading to a confrontation with a young couple and the appearance of two police officers who I believe were impostors.

Circumstances Around the Submission Day

The day before submission, I stayed up all night. Other than weak tinnitus attacks, there were no major obstructions.

I included rebuttals to the plaintiff’s complaint and to both Plaintiff’s Statements (1) and (2).

However, due to interference leading up to that point, I couldn't finish preparing all the supporting documents. I had to delete or omit some points I originally intended to include.

Since March 2018, I have continued to live under various forms of torture, and even tinnitus attacks alone significantly reduce my concentration and cognitive abilities.

From Departure to Submission

I left my room around 12:50 PM.

Due to the effects of persistent fatigue attacks, my outings have become infrequent in recent years. As a result, I had become somewhat desensitized to the presence of vehicles with headlights on.

However, on this day, I clearly observed several such vehicles that appeared to be targeting me.

While I described them as “numerous” in my journal, there may have been only three to five vehicles. However, since this occurred within just 4–5 minutes of leaving my apartment, it certainly felt like “many.”

I have discussed separately the possibility that my movements are being tracked and that vehicles are positioned or traffic lights controlled accordingly.

I also reported on X that the deadline for submission was January 6, and that the trial was scheduled to conclude on January 9.

At the courthouse, I waited on a chair outside the clerk’s office while the clerk reviewed the documents.
Although it felt like a long wait, my statement was accepted without issue.

Afterword

From noon the day before submission to the evening of the submission day, I did not consume any solid food. Even afterward, I did not feel an urge to eat.

Despite the continued interference, I believe the submission itself was not blocked because those targeting me still consider me “useful” in some way, and fear the consequences of provoking me into acting out.

In my next post, I plan to describe the events of the third oral argument (which is also the conclusion of the trial), held three days later.
