So here are some pictures of the cold storage Jeff built the shelves for. Doesn't it look fantastic!!! He even made a can rotating shelf for me!! It is like the shelf reliance, but much cheaper and much sturdier :) I love it. I am amazed at what Jeff can do. If he hasn't done it before he will think of a way to do it or find out how and do it. It is a quality I love about him.
Just a couple pic of the kids, because I mean look at them they are adorable and I am a proud, happy Mama :)
Then Jeff is framing the basement! He is getting really close to being done also. Then we will have someone come sheet rock. It is coming together. Jeff says he really needs, needs to have it finished before spring so that when we go outside to work on the yard, he doesn't feel guilty ;) I am okay with that plan, I try to help with whatever I can. I bring in more wood for him, stand up walls, clean up the scrap's etc. I feel like I am decently handy for a girl like me (don't ask me what that means, I don't know). I don't like to be told I can't do something because it's a boys job "/ However I know nothing of framing and Jeff does, so I am happy to have him to do it!
I am a lucky lady. I have a very able husband, so handy and willing to do whatever & I have my kiddo's :) I am happy today. Kind of a random post, however there you go!

What we've been up to
So! We live! :) It has been awhile "/ Here it is in a nutshell.
We have had a busy time since Elle has been born, it has also been a fun time though.
So in August we decided to put our house in Ogden up for sale. We had thought about moving for a while actually and just hadn't acted on it yet. Then we started having problems with one of our neighbors, and it got to the point that I finally gave up trying, while crying, went out and pounded a sign into the ground ;) I called Jeff up and let him know that we have our house up for sale now and if he would please get it on the MLS asap. I didn't want to leave my friends....however I didn't want to have to sell my dogs, whom I liked, even loved to appease my grumpy neighbor whom I was not all that fond of after all of the crap she put us through.
I believe that our move was meant to be because only 2- 3 weeks after we put it on the MLS we had a decent offer come in. We were excited, except one thing, we had only just dug for our new house in Elwood (Tremonton area). Jeff called up his parents and asked if we could live with them until our house was finished and they were so kind to say yes. I have to say I actually quite enjoyed living there with them. I would cook dinner for my mother in law and the kids got Grandma & Grandpa Stocking time, Jace and I made friends in the ward there and I got to re-learn how to can. All in all it was great, we just were excited to not be in limbo anymore and settle. We moved out of our Ogden home on Jeff and I's anniversary "/ NOT exactly how I wanted to spend that day, however we were able to make up for it the next weekend and were living with some willing babysitters ;) We had some great help from family and a couple friends. I am so grateful for them all!
Our home went up pretty fast. Everyone in our new ward says to us "Is your's the new one by the church?" "It went up so fast!" Really it did. It was about 2 1/2 months or so until we were able to move in! We did some of the work on the home ourselves...or more like Jeff, Burdette, Justin and Jay did :) I stayed with the kiddos though, which helped I guess. We even did a "grouting party" Thank you to family again for that help it was a HUGE blessing! So a week before Thanksgiving we again we employed our wonderful family to help :) We had many from both sides come help with that and even had a lunch brought! Man talk about being blessed with some wonderfully fabulous families ;)
We have been here now for almost 3 months and are loving it! We miss our Ogden friends :( However we are making friends here also :) I decided I was going to be more open this time so I could get friends faster, last time I shelled up and didn't have any good friends for a year or more! Goo! Happy to say it is working to just be open and myself :)
We have a great ward and neighbors. I have met and I'm sure will be friends with ladies from both wards here. Just a nice place to live to be sure!
Jeff is doing so good in his job. He does so much. He works all day then comes home and works on the house for quite a while. He did the shelves in the cold storage and they look awesome! Now we are doing the framing in the basement. He has a motivation, we are doing a theater room downstairs and he is SO excited about it...I am to for that matter.
Come spring we will put in our lawn and then maybe by summer we will be able to feel like we are settled down on the project list a little ;)
Jace and Elle have been Fan-tas-tic throughout all of this :)
Before we moved we were able to go camping (kind of to test how Elle would do since I was going to be bringing her to YW camp a few weeks later. She did really good actually. That's when we discovered she sleeps better with some sound, because there was a creek near by us and we could hear it at night, it was so calming :) Nursing in the middle of the night in a cold tent on the other hand wasn't so fun "/
We did hiking, camping, swimming lessons, and all sorts. It was a great last summer in Ogden.
Jace is in pre-school and loving it! He does everything so well. Infact his teacher has said he is her "little perfectionist" he has to have his coloring just so and cleans up really good. Ahh like music to a Mother's ears right ;) He is such an active and lively boy. He is such a great big brother to Elle. A huge helper also. He makes me laugh, he is a funny kid and he likes that fact :) and he is handsome to boot!
Elle is almost 10 months! She is adorable of course and is crawling every where she can and stands up to everything. She also like to put everything she can in her mouth. I have had a few scares with that girl, I vacuum so much now. She loves her mama. Yup she is a mama's girl :) I am enjoying it as much as I can because I know it may not last forever. She has such a fun personality.
We are loving our life and are so excited for everyday. It has it's up and it's downs. It isn't perfect by any means. However it is my life and I intend to make the most of all of it :)
