Waking up late,missed the eid prayers,never missed any,never woke up so late,wishing i didnt.
Text message from my gf,reading letters,words,but doesnt make sense,meanings stopped at da edge of my brain.
A call,picked up,hearing her sweet voice going into me,from a far distance,n it seems like when we wave n talk to sum1 far,barely seeing their features,quickly we had to hung up for that her family came around.
Remebering my mom's voice on da fon,how she cant sleep at nite coz she is far,n tears dropping n my words falling down at my throat.
R. Am waiting for u here,u have to come.
My first eid away from my mom n my home.my gf travelled to another city 2be wid her fam.
