友人達に最後の頼み事＜国民投票＞準備

現在の状況を観察し、私はもう「発議されてしまったら、衆参両院で、自民党の改憲案が、数の勝負（2／3）で可決されてしまう」ことをシミュレーション済み。
覚悟している。数字は冷徹に未来を示す。

現在2026年3月。過去14年ずっと。

民主党に政権交代され下野していた自民党：安倍晋三が、2012年に再び政権奪取し、いの一番に、米国＋統一教会カルトの悲願でもある【自民党改憲案】を世に示して以降、「護憲vs改憲」が最大の政治争点であったのだが・・・。
それを10年以上に渡ってTwitterやFBなどで、孤軍にて広報し続けて来たが・・・力及ばず広く浸透せず、忸怩たる思い。

「緊急事態条項」の何が危険か？まとめ

「緊急事態条項」の発動は時の政府の意のまま、きっかけは戦争や紛争突入だけでなく、災害を取り上げて発動しても良い、言わば政府のやりたい放題。
ひとたび発動されてしまえば、主権者＝国民の権利は著しく奪われ、選挙さえなくなり「政府の独裁状態」を許してしまう。
これには実例が歴史上に既にある。ナチスドイツの独裁政治が、同様の方法で作り出された。
「緊急事態条項」がそれに該当する。

また同時に議論がされている「スパイ防止法」「国家総動員法」も、国民を国家権力が縛る悪法中の悪法。
80年前の大戦の歴史を少しでも学んだ人なら理解出来るはず。
【反省平和を訴える者を「非国民」「スパイ」と断じ、国家権力（特高）が拷問をし、最悪は人命を奪い、口封じをした。】
…あの時代が今再び作られようとしている。

こんな無法を押し通されてしまうとしたら？それは間違いなく、戦後80年に渡り、国民が愚民化（政治的無知状態）され、賢い国民が少ない事が、その原因。

＜民主的な〝多数決の原理〟で、再び〝戦争できる国〟が作られてしまう。＞

上記のX投稿に紐付けられたコメントより。
『左派による「戦争する国になるぞ」詐欺の数々』として挙げられていた過去の政治案件の書き起こし。
※それぞれ単体で見ると、それだけでイコール戦争に繋がるものではなかったとしても、憲法を変えず、解釈や違憲行為をどれだけ積み上げて来たか？その手法の悪辣さが浮き上がってくるようだ。

傀儡政府の自民党らが「戦争できる国にしますよ」と宣言して、国民に改憲を警戒させる訳が無いだろう。必ず「日本の平和を守るため」仕方なく変えるのだ。と言うに決まっている。

まるで「戦争する国にするために描いた絵図のパーツ群」。
戦後80年に渡って長い年月をかけて、細かに切り分けたジグソーパズルを組み合わせて、いまや完成間近という危機感を持つべきでしょう。
それだけ「平和憲法」を内部から切り崩すには巧妙で悪辣な政治的な仕掛けが必要だったということ。

下記の情報も知識として備えて欲しい。

「護憲vs改憲」が最大の政治争点。

この事実を知り、危機感を持っていた日本国民が、今なお、どれほどいるだろうか？
選挙への参加「投票率」から推定し、ざっくりと捉えると。
おそらく半数の5割程度の日本国民が「政治無知状態（愚民化）」にされており、話が通じないだろう。
「護憲vs改憲」に意識がある残り半数のうち、3割程度が「改憲が都合が良いと信じ込んでいる国民」内訳：1割程度が「戦争ビジネスで儲けが見込める大企業の経営者や従業員（武器製造・エネルギー関係）」なので賛成している。2割は、得も無いのに雰囲気で正しいと思い込んでいる層や、好戦的な人たち。
庶民大衆の立場で、これに反対して抵抗を示しているのは、ほんの2割程度だろう。
※2020年～2026年の選挙投票率50％台のうち、改憲派・護憲派の数に照らし合わせて想定。

改憲国民投票についての懸念材料

いとも簡単にTVやSNS（X・facebookなど）、YouTubeに大量投下されるコマーシャルによって、支持や思想を転がされる日本人⋯既に何度も、情けない実績がある。
古くは小泉純一郎（痛みを伴う改革‐郵政民営化／自衛隊を“後方支援”と称し戦地に派遣）、そして安倍晋三（この道しかない‐改憲軍拡化）、最新は高市早苗にハマった「サナ活勢」（変化なくしてナントカカントカの誤魔化し詭弁）。
何をするかも解らないのに「何かをやってくれそう」というだけの、ふわっとした雰囲気と、泣いて見せての「男社会で歯を食いしばって頑張ってきた！」アピールをすれば、面白いように転びまくった人たちによって、たった今の地獄が作られている。最悪の負の実績。

またこれを性懲りもなく繰り返す危険因子が改憲派に加えて「50%の政治的無知勢」。
政権与党のコマーシャルに容易く絡め取られる人たちは、まず己の反省をすべき。
あなた個人が死に至る愚かさで留まるならば、私は親切な警告に留めて放置するのだが⋯。
【あなた以外の日本人も、全体を死に至らしめる愚かさ】なので、ぜひ自覚されるよう願いを超えて命じたい。

国民投票はもちろんのこと、2度と「米国傀儡+カルト汚染の改憲勢力」を助長させないで欲しい。いや、助長させるな！
選挙においては、改憲勢力＝自民・維新・国民民主・参政・保守、勝ち馬に乗るだけの主体性ゼロの、チームみらいも、改憲についてのスタンスをハッキリさせない今の時点では選択肢から外して欲しい。

私たち国民は、まず「信頼たる政府」を、手に入れることが何より先決。

自民vs中道という構図も、カルト対カルトの様相ではあるが、ドス黒いコールタールみたいな水の流れが見当たらないドブ川と、ヘドロだらけだが上層にちょろちょろと水が流れているドブ川の戦いであっても、諦めず「少しでもマシな方を選び続ける」しか、この世の中を変えることはできない。ドス黒い世の中が、一気に白い世界になるなんて夢は捨てて、まずは濃厚でもグレーに変えること。政治監視と選挙で、繰り返しグレーの濃度を白に近づけること。
この地道な歩みでしか、世の中は変わらない。
その覚悟を持ってほしい。

政党の応援先は？

これまで護憲派の政党を全て応援して来た。
2012年以降、「日本共産党」「社会民主党」や民主党系（その後、国民民主は改憲派として分裂／立憲→中道も護憲派議員がどれだけいるのか？不明）、そして2019年以降は、庶民派・護憲派の新興政党「れいわ新選組」も応援して来た。
小川淳也が党首である間！という限定条件付きで「中道改革連合」も投票先に加えても良いかも知れない。（私は現在、改憲派を多く＝党内過半数を含むのでは？と疑いの目を持って観察中）投票先としての優先度は低い。

「目先の金」を取らず、「過去80年の平和に感謝し、歴史に照らして、これからも平和を守りたい」意思のある方は、過去10～80年の間、平和憲法を守る事を旨としている政党に投票して貰いたい。→日本共産党・社会民主党

改憲派である自民党ら「勝共連合」に目の敵にされてデマを流布され続けている日本共産党＝怖いという刷り込み洗脳をされている方は、こちらを読んで、ご自身で洗脳解除をして欲しい。
日本の平和を維持したい人に向けて書いたnoteです。

・・・余談だが、今現在、れ新は、2026年2月の衆院選で大敗。わずか１議席をおこぼれで獲得したに過ぎず、残るのは参議院議員５名を含めた国会議員６名のみ。
更に悪い事に、これだけの日本の安全危機状態にもかかわらず、今なお内部リークやアンチ化したボラによって壊滅危機状態に陥っている。
しかし護憲派議員の頭数としては有効なので、賢明な有権者はその一点で、れ新議員が存在する限り、捨て去らず活用しましょう。

タイトルの「友人へ」とは、現実の友人へ私から、最後のたった一つの頼み事という意味を込めて書いたLINE冒頭。だけど、それだけではない。
このnoteを読んだ、賛同してくれる人すべてに対してのメッセージ。

以下は、リアル友人＝同級生に送った「最後の頼み」を込めたLINE転載。

高市の訪米の日程と目的。

この日を境に、どちらに日本が向かうのか？泣いても笑っても確定します。
靡（なび）いたら地獄、背（そむ）いても修羅。

高市の渡米中止デモなども起こりそうな気がします。が、恐らくさしたる効果はないでしょう。しかし「市民が声を上げないより良い」声を上げた記録が残ることも歴史的事実として大切。
私も関東に住んでいたら参加していたと思いますが。。。遠方から出来る事はないか？身につまされて考えています。

訪問予定日: 2026年3月19日（木）
場所: ワシントン・ホワイトハウス
目的: トランプ大統領との対面会談、日米同盟の強化

今後、日本国民を二分する議論⋯つまり「自民党案の改憲（2012年発案）」が、国会で発議されるでしょう。これはとても残念ながら、ほぼ可決されることが確実です。※2026年3月現在の国会議員「改憲派：護憲派」の頭数からの予測

昨年秋の参議院選挙後、全政党・国会議員について、改憲勢力を可能な限り詳しくパターン化して、シミュレーションしました（上述note記事）。

2025年10月時点でも、護憲派にとってかなり厳しい情勢でしたが、衆議院の「改憲／護憲」を区分するには意思表明をしていない議員も多数おり、不確定要素が多く、断定しきれないという意味での消極的な希望がありました。

しかし・・・2026年現在は衆議院内の改憲勢力が圧倒数（2／3超え）になることが確定したため、その希望は既に潰えてしまった。

すべては2026年2月の衆院選で、自民を戦後最大与党にしてしまったことが最大の敗因。なんとしてでも【護憲派】を増やさなければならなかった時に、呆れた浅学の「サナ活勢」に大幅に上乗せされて大敗を喫した事が、最大の元凶。

この衆院選挙結果により、国会内での抵抗は既に無効化された。

改憲をひとたび発議されたなら、確実に押し切られる状況を許してしまった。

同級生に最後のお願いがある。

その後は、広く「改憲の是非」を国民に問う【国民投票】になるので、必ず護憲派に回って欲しい。
そして一人でも多く、護憲派の仲間を増やして欲しい。

未来永劫、憲法を変えてはいけないなんて主張ではない。

米国とカルト宗教にそそのかされ、
戦争ビジネスに突っ込む、現在の違憲性を
ご破算（チャラ）にするための
「自民党案の改憲」に反対して欲しい。

それが、私たち庶民大衆の命を、子や孫の代まで守る行動になる。

・・・そういう選択を迫られたお話です。

投げやりに好戦国家に落ちて行くことが、
想像しうる最悪中の最悪の未来予想。

この平和を守る崖っぷちを生きる私たちに、まだやれること、やるべきことはある。

私の10数年に渡った【「改憲vs護憲」が最大の命に関わる政治案件であると啓蒙する活動】も、ひとまずの終わりが近づいている。⋯長かった。
たくさんの人に話し、ピンときていない多数の人々に無視され、まるで難しい事を言われているような反応をされたことも多い。
・・・それでも理解してくれる少数の仲間も出来た。
仲間の存在のおかげで、細く長く今日まで継続できたことに感謝している。

改憲発議後、国民投票の結果によって⋯。

To those who are repeatedly swayed by new misinformation, whose foundations are shaken, and who are easily deceived:

...Given the dire situation, I offer this final word of advice, imbued with a glimmer of hope.

| "The ability to verify truth" is the only armor
| to counter those who spread misinformation,
| and when those who possess it
| unite, it becomes a weapon.

I have been making this proposal for over a year now.

To increase its persuasiveness, I have also obtained certification.

I even include "fact-checking" on my business cards.

Only those who have mastered this skill can, against the raging storm of artificial information and misinformation that comes crashing down one after another, know the truth firmly rooted in facts and act as an unshakeable tree, a pillar protecting the masses.

This is not unique to Japan.

The same methods—"citizens being trampled by the storm of misinformation"—exist all over the world.

Those who are easily swayed by misinformation are the war criminals—the GUMIN (a term for those politically ignorant)—who continue to cause the folly of placing foolish individuals like T at the top of their countries, all over the world.

They have degenerated into supporters who destroy nations, cultures, the value of human life, ethics, and peace.

I repeat this because it's important: against this information warfare attack, what is needed are those who are not swayed by misinformation, who do not waver, and who become like a great tree or pillar.

Moreover, putting this into practice is not difficult at all. No initial investment is required.
There are only two key points.

1. Understand "What is truth verification?"

2. Conduct truth verification using official documents and highly reliable information.

3. Do it yourself. Be prepared to abandon dependence on others.

Official documents are information released by the governments of each country. The National Diet Library, which provides supporting evidence for matters debated in parliament, is also a highly reliable source of information for scrutinizing information. (Frankly, even the search for these basic sources of information should be done by yourself, not by being told by others... This is a parting gift from my kindness.)

In present-day Japan, it's possible to find this information through internet searches. The future is uncertain. If authoritarian regimes continue to be increasingly strong, digital information is likely to be erased. Tomorrow will be even harder to find information than today, so don't be complacent and procrastinate; start practicing today, right now.

Those who "don't research for themselves, even now that it's possible to research," will continue to be deceived by the new misinformation that is constantly being thrown around. Anyone who has ever been drawn to conspiracy theories in the past will understand the methods and the feeling of being trapped.

The fact that more and more people "believe the misinformation they want to believe" instead of simply "stopping, researching for themselves, and dispelling the misinformation" is why humanity is on the brink of collapse.

For example, those who instigate "mass murder = war," which is unnecessary and should not be done, for the sake of profit, and make people believe it is a "just battle," and the fools who believe it, are prime examples.

At this point, what are those who still don't possess the means to counter the misinformation that has been presented before us for so long—the "armor and weapon of truth verification"? ...Honestly, I'm even feeling fear.

Do they really think that simply shifting their allegiance from obvious fools to slightly clever ones will save the world?

...No, I assert that unless you yourself make a firm decision and change from within, this world can never be saved.

• First, question everything.

• Then, acquire the art of truth verification and "do it yourself."

• Add this: Don't easily ask others to find the answers for you.

• However, this does not apply to difficult problems where your anxieties are not resolved even after attempting OSINT on your own. I would like to think about it together with you and feel that there is value in participating. The point is, "Don't fall for simple rumors." because there's no end to it.

I possess several truths that I've discovered through self-study over the past 20 years.

However, I have absolutely no intention of becoming a "convenient database" that can be easily retrieved whenever requested.

Similarly, no one who has accumulated knowledge should be treated that way.

I explicitly reject the idea that those who haven't received basic training can hold back those who are ahead, wasting their valuable time and mental energy.

My honest feeling towards such people is, "Verify the truth for yourself!"

What I've repeatedly conveyed is that I'm not trying to create people to cling to (disciples or followers). (If I were teaching something as a profession, I would charge a fee.)
That's not it. My goal is to increase the number of people who can stand on the hill of truth on their own, even alone, and I continue to seek companions.

This note is written with deliberately harsh words to clearly and firmly convey that intention once again.

What I seek are companions who can seek the truth for themselves, possessing at least a minimum level of truth-verification ability.

Each person's strengths will differ, and it's okay if they're uneven and imperfect. However, when people who possess the ability to act independently—people I can call "companions"—come together, it becomes a collective knowledge, and the shared information becomes thicker. This will eventually become a formidable shield, even a weapon to push back against misinformation.

Because I aim for this, I have no need for those who easily succumb to complacency—disciples and students who forever rely on and cling to their masters—and I will treat such people strictly from the outset.

*I haven't continued to acquire knowledge in solitude to "debunk" those who readily believe new misinformation without doing what could be investigated in just a few minutes. I'm also angered by the fact that these should be potential companions facing the same direction, yet they don't acquire the skills to verify truth and investigate for themselves.

This anger of mine stems from the question: "Do you want humanity to be consumed by misinformation and become a lost species? Do you have the genuine will to stop that?" It is deeply rooted in the problem of [the issue].

What I seek are companions who are rooted in the ground of facts, who can grasp the truth, and who can withstand the storm of misinformation. I dream of having such companions; how reassuring that would be.

You should already understand what is needed.

Next, you must rely on your own strength and acquire that power.

"I will become someone who is unshaken by the storm of misinformation!"

Have that resolve.

It's okay to despair as much as you want; that's your starting point.

Even now, I still harbor feelings of despair towards humanity.

...At the same time, I haven't completely given up hope that there's a possibility of changing the current situation. Everyone should start by having the resolve to rise from despair.

...I'll also make a cruel prediction.

Despite being presented with the armor and weapon of "the ability to verify truth," those who merely observe, relying on others to do it for them, offer "peace prayers" that, unfortunately, lack roots in the truth. Therefore, they will be easily uprooted by the increasing volume of "storm of misinformation" that will surge in the future. (Those still steeped in the anti-communist misinformation spread by the International Federation for Victory Over Communism are prime examples of easily brainwashed individuals.)

Those who, caught in a strong wind, frantically cling to a large tree only intensify the wind against that tree, potentially taking the tree down with them. Let us also touch upon the unconscious horror of those without roots.

Those without resolve and self-awareness will also end up as part of the pawns that bring about the end of humanity.

If you don't want it to end, there is only one thing you must do:

| Don't leave it to others,
| You must grasp the truth
| You must become the great tree or pillar.

Now is the time to steel yourself and make a firm decision. There is no more time to waste.
