Circumstances from Four to Two Days Before Submitting the Written Statement of Reasons for Appeal

Introduction

The other day, I posted about the “Events on the Day of Submitting the Notice of Appeal.”

In that post, I mentioned that I had intended to review the court records after they were transferred to the Tokyo High Court following the submission of the notice of appeal.

This was because I had developed distrust toward the Tokyo District Court due to the suspicious incidents during the first trial and the content of the judgment.

I also briefly reported that an unusual incident occurred when I reviewed the records at the Tokyo High Court on April 17, 2025.

In this article, I will report on what happened from April 24 to 26, just days before I submitted the written statement of reasons for appeal on April 28, 2025.

April 24, 2025 (Thursday)

I had intended to either hand-deliver or mail the written statement of reasons to the Tokyo High Court on this day, but it didn’t work out.

Morning Situation

The following illustrations (Figures 1 and 2) visualize my sleep situation and morning activities four days before submitting the notice of appeal.

Figure 2: Morning Record - Four Days Before Submitting the Notice of Appeal (2)

It’s not unusual for me to wake up around 2 or 3 a.m. and then barely sleep afterward.

In the tiled area just outside the building’s front entrance, I found three bird droppings.
I don’t think such a situation would occur unless someone had placed food there.

Inquiry to the Tokyo High Court

According to online sources, after submitting a notice of appeal, a “letter of inquiry” (notice of the first hearing date, etc.) is supposed to arrive from the division in charge a few days before the submission deadline for the written statement of reasons.

However, as of four days before the deadline, no such letter had arrived, which made me anxious, so I decided to call the court.
The following illustration (Figure 3) visualizes the contents of that call.

Figure 3: Record of Phone Inquiry to the Tokyo High Court

Key points confirmed during the call:

・ Notification of the first appellate oral argument date is not limited to a letter of inquiry.

・ Since no communication method was specified when submitting the notice of appeal, I should also submit a "Notification of Service Location, etc." with the written statement.

・ The submission deadline is Monday, April 28.

・ Since the division holds trials on Mondays and Wednesdays, calling beforehand is recommended.

・ The first oral argument is expected to take place around mid-June or later.

I also explained that I had not been able to prepare the first-instance answer or the written statement of reasons under normal conditions.

As noted in the record (“If it weren’t for the torture…”), I have been continuing my SNS posts and legal responses under extremely harsh conditions.

If I hadn’t been subjected to this treatment, I would have been able to organize and submit documents more efficiently.

More fundamentally, if such treatment had not persisted, the human rights violations I’ve experienced would likely have already come to light, and I might never have had to go to court in the first place.

April 25, 2025 (Friday)

From Sleep to Wakefulness and Around Lunchtime

The following illustration (Figure 4) visualizes the events from midnight to the late morning of April 25.

Figure 4: Record from Midnight to Morning and Late Morning - April 25 (Friday)

I woke up later than usual, sometime after 4:00 a.m. Just before waking, I felt a sensation like ejaculation and a warm feeling, but upon checking, I realized these sensations had been artificially induced.

This wasn’t the first time. For example, I have previously experienced an artificially induced urge to defecate, so I believe this was a similar experience.

When I get into bed, tinnitus attacks often intensify, and other types of attacks may start. As shown in this record, I also experience heightened fatigue in such instances.
I believe this suggests that the fatigue is also being artificially induced.

Afternoon Situation

The following illustration (Figure 5) visualizes the afternoon of the 25th.

Figure 5: Afternoon Record - April 25 (Friday)

I also recorded the sounds of construction machinery alarms and electronic tones at a nearby construction site.

Of course, I’m not suggesting that all of them are targeted at me, but the persistent loud or strange sounds suggest that there may be actors with the intent to harm me psychologically and force me to give up.

Additionally, the management company informed me that the water supply pump would be inspected on May 2.
At that time, I also followed up on the previous issue involving an Amazon delivery driver.

Since I’m the only resident in the building, a delivery person cannot enter the building unless they use the intercom to contact my unit and I unlock the front door via the auto-lock system.

Therefore, possibilities like “entering while delivering to another unit” or “coming in with another resident” do not apply.

When I reconfirmed this with the management company, they replied, “We have never provided keys or access codes to any delivery company.”

April 26, 2025 (Saturday)

The following illustrations (Figures 6 and 7) visualize the entire day's events.

Figure 6: Record from Sleep to Napping - April 26 (Saturday)
Figure 7: Afternoon Record - April 26 (Saturday)

I attempted to nap twice in the morning and another two or three times in the afternoon in addition to a midday nap, but I was unable to get any real rest.

While the number of nap attempts is not unusual, the inability to rest is a serious issue.

Afterword

On Sleep Descriptions

Phrases like “seemed to have slept” are based solely on subjective impressions upon waking.
In reality, I often feel extreme fatigue immediately after getting up, which leads me to believe that I either didn’t get proper rest or that attacks inducing fatigue begin immediately upon waking — or both.

Expressions like “seemed to have slept a little” or “seemed to have slept relatively well” also depend on subjective impressions and do not indicate actual sleep depth.

Tinnitus and attacks to my genitals often intensify as soon as I lie down, and I remain firm in my assertion that I am being subjected to ongoing artificial harm.

On Construction Site Electronic Sounds

In the April 25 diary entry, I mentioned the strange electronic sounds from the construction site.

Back in March 2018, I was subjected to psychological disruption using sound and light at Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba and a nearby Lawson store.

Although my sensitivity has dulled compared to the past, I still react strongly to sound and light.

In particular, being exposed to loud or electronic sounds for long periods sometimes causes a sensation like my eyes are “crackling” — that is, a feeling of my eyelids becoming hard to close.

On Perceiving Visual Images

In my diary, I’ve also recorded perceiving images of human faces or documents upon waking from naps or sleep.
I suspect this may be part of a human experimentation process and plan to explore it further in a separate post.

Although documenting these experiences might unintentionally provide feedback to the organizations involved in such experiments, I still believe that it is vitally important to record the facts.

Amplification of Emotion and the Frequent Appearance of “Pops”

In Figure 2, I mention the term “timidness amplification attack.” I consider this to be one aspect of human experimentation—the artificial amplification of emotional states.

The word “‘pops’ (sharp popping sound)” frequently appears in my diary records. This refers to actual sounds that are artificially generated.

I plan to explain these phenomena separately in a future post.

Preview of Next Post

The reason I decided to report on the days leading up to the submission of the written statement is because I had the impression that the level of interference was even stronger than when I was preparing the answer and preparatory documents for the first trial.

On the day I submitted the written statement of reasons for appeal, I had originally planned to submit it in the early afternoon.

However, due to having to correct several document errors that I believe were caused by interference, I was ultimately forced into a situation where I could only board a train that would arrive just before the court closed — a highly stressful scenario that nearly broke me emotionally.

Furthermore, a metal detector at the court entrance also malfunctioned.
I plan to report on these events in my next post.
→ I posted it on July 16, 2025.
