Down on the farm ...

It is starting to become a tradition for all of my sisters to be home for the fourth and it is always full of memory making. This year we had two grandparents, four sisters, three BILs (brothers in law) and ten grandkids. Makes for a fun, full house!

Indiana Dunes

Maggie and I traveled to Northern Indiana for work this week and had a ball yesterday touring the area.

First Taltree Arboretum which had a fantastic train display and a lot of nature experiences ...

 

 

 

 

We tried a local diner (Valpo Velvet Ice Cream) ...

Spend the afternoon at the dunes ...

 

And spent the evening at Zao Island ...

 

Since it is almost 9 and Maggie is still sleep I think it was a successful day. A little more work to do today and then off to the farm for the fourth to see family. It's going to be a great week!
