FIRST BATH

Cooper is now 6 days old and we decided to give him his first bath it was very cute! And it turns out he has a little curl to his hair!

COOPER IS HERE!

Little Cooper arrived yesterday November 24 at 6:16pm after just a short 4 hour labor. He measured 6 pounds 12 ounces and 21 inches long, so is just a little string bean. He did have the cord around his neck which put him in a little distress during delivery so he ended up with a little fluid in his lungs and has been in the special care nursery. He has recovered now and will hopefully be able to go home with us tomorrow. We are such proud parents and just love our little boy, he is just so sweet.

37 weeks!

So tomorrow we go in to see if little Coop is ready for an induction. We are really hoping and praying that he is! This has definitely been a stressful pregnancy and it will be so nice when he is finally here. If he is not ready tomorrow they will have us wait one more week till the 1st and then we can have him for sure! We are both just so excited to finally bring a baby home! 34 weeks!

So we went in for our 34 week appointment on Friday and everything is well we are now in our testing part we went to the hospital and had a quick ultrasound to check the fluid and placenta and everything looks great then we did a non stress test which we will be doing 2 of those a week and one ultrasound a week on top of my regular appointment so he will be watched closely until he gets here. We will go in at 37 weeks to check his lungs and see if they're ready for delivery and if not we'll wait till 38 weeks! So we're hoping he'll be ready but if not we can handle one more week. So only 2-3 weeks left! So we won't know for sure when he's coming for another 2 weeks but we'll let everyone know as soon as we know!
