It is amazing what paint and the right accesories can do for a space. When we had renters move in we allowed them to paint a "neutral color" on the walls because the blue we had in there obviously was not for everyone. They ended up picking a "dusty rose" color. You can't really see the purple in this picture, but the walls were purple, it was just REALLY bad! So I turned it from this. . .
To this. . .

I do have to say the best part of the room is that cute little baby on the floor!

I can't help but feel happy being in this room all the time! I love the sail boat poster in the dining room it says," You can't change the direction of the wind but you can adjust your sails."
I hope you all love it, I'll be posting pictures of the bedrooms soon!

Super Cooper to the rescue!

We are never in too much danger when Super Cooper is here, even with the Monster Baby lurking in the toys ready to attack at any moment!

He can not only fight danger, but can climb the tallest buildings!(don't worry he does this often, with adult supervision ofcourse!)

He has super strength and is as handsome as can be.

This year we celebrated Bailey's Birthday with a picnic! We had homemade burritos, Craig made ours extra special with green sauce and melted cheese on top, yum! We served it with a side of yummy pineapple!
Cooper fell off his bed the night before, so he had a headach, poor little guy.

My little piggy Hayden devoured her burrito!

We made a Happy Birthday sign for Bailey

Daddy and Cooper had a race, Cooper won ofcourse!

Our family is forever!

I gave up a long time ago wishing for things I couldn't have, and decided to trust in the Lord's plan for my life. I know that everything that happens is for a reason, I might not always know what it is, but I have faith that one day I will. We have chosen to be a happy family, to feel the blessing that come from having our sweet little angel be a part of it. We would never change having her with us even if it's not in the way we expected.
In the Relief Society lesson on Sunday we talked about those that we love who have passed on before us love us so much more than we could love them here on this earth. I am so grateful for the divine revelation that we recieve when we need it the most. I do not doubt that the Lord helps me to hear the words I need to, to be able to grow and become the person I strive to be.
We are so happy to have Heaven in our hearts and in our home.
I feel like every year I achieve a goal I didn't really know I had. This year I was able to really forgive the doctor who I had blamed up until a few months ago for Bailey passing away. It's amazing the weight we carry around without even realizing until we truely are able to let it go.
A few months ago in Sacrament meeting someone was giving a talk and told a story of a woman who was in labor but was in a hospital with a lot of infection so she needed some sort of surgery after she had the baby to help her not get the infection. She had the surgery but ended up getting the infection anyway and she died. The husband was obviously angry and blamed the doctor for what had happened. I can't remember the whole story but he ended up realizing that the Doctor had treated his wife just like he would have any other patient, he did exactly what he thought he should.
I realized this was the same in my situation, the doctor had done what he thought he should, he treated me like any other patient, whether I agree with what he did or not, he did what he thought was best.

I love to see the temple. We are so blessed to have several temples so close by, Cooper really loves to go the temple square and go to the visitor's center and the museums. It's even more fun now that the City Creek Center is finished so we can shop too!
there were these girls on the platform making a video, then stood there and watched it back, so that's why they are in the picture. Isn't it beautiful?
love this tiny girl!

this is the bridge in City Creek that connects the two shopping areas together. Cooper loves looking down at all the cars and the train going underneath.

We stopped in at the Disney store and Hayden loved being a little princess!

Baby's first piggies!

Ok I know there are only like 10 hairs per pig tail but I just couldn't help myself! The result was absolutely adorable, and she didn't even try to pull them out! Love this happy girl! Cooper was a great helper trying to entertain her so she would look at him instead of me!

Summer time is for having fun outside, and we love taking advantage of all the parks around our house now. We are within walking distance of atleats 3 parks so it's fun to be able to shake it up a bit.
My two little cuties!

Cooper being, well Cooper, he's a nut!

PULL!!!

Weeeee! She really loved it, I think it was too staticky for her though.

That didn't last long

I thought this sign was funny because Craig has a brother named Scott.
I hope we have many more warm summer days so we  can continue to have more fun days like this at the park!
