Blog Book
I made a book of my blog post from 2010. It has been a long frustrating process. I saw that you could do it with Blog2Print but it would not let me add pictures to the post that I did slide shows for. So I went with Blurb. I am happy with how it looks on the screen although would appreciate any feed back, mistakes, etc. I have spent too many hours looking at it! I am going to take a break for a bit then proof it again before buying a copy. I am also considering getting each kid a copy as a Christmas present once I see it in print. If it comes out like I hope I plan to go back and do previous years as well as this year. What a great way to have a collection of our family in under 300 pages and for a very reasonable price!

Geodes & Life
We are enjoying our time so far. The kids enjoy going out to the jebels to play. We have found numerous geodes but Lily has found the biggest one of all! It is nice looking the camera doesn't do it justice!

Bird House
Thomas is enjoying scouts here. They made bird houses this past week. Thankfully Tom came with us to this meeting and was able to help! Thomas decided it need to be camouflage and colored the entire thing green. We will see how many birds he gets. Thomas also lead them in the Pledge of Allegiance. They don't really know if and Thomas has been programmed with it, the Texas pledge and Moment of Silence! Gotta LOVE Texas schools!

Beach
Friday we went to the Aramco beach. It was a lot of fun! Tom flew his kite, I looked for shells and Thomas & Lily played in the sand. The kids also collected jelly fish and created an aquarium for them. They had quite a few really little blue ones. They also had fun playing in the quick sand area!

Lily had a birthday party on Thursday and had a blast! While she was at it we took Sammy out to run at the Jebels. Thomas always has fun climbing on them and looking for these rocks that have crystals inside. We will have to get Uncle Daniel to tell us what they are sometime!

Rain!!!!
So we had a massive rain storm for two days! I didn't realize it rained that much and hard here! It was like a Texas rain! We have been told that is not normal for here. Should we be surprised!

Life in Saudi
Here are just some random pictures of our life so far in Saudi. Some are before our stuff arrived and some are after. Once we are done painting and organizing the house I will post pictures of it. Both kids are enjoying school and making friends. Thomas has said he likes it better here than Texas and we can stay a long time!
