3 days to exam day. amount of studying done in the last few days = zero.
watching a primip's precipitate labour today made me think that having a quick labour may not be the best thing, it's that much more intense.
yesterday my patient said "i'm not the kind of person to sleep with a man in my first week of knowing him. it was the next week!" and everyone in the room managed to keep a poker face.
finishing obstetrics in 2 weeks. it will be sad to leave this hospital, now that i finally know all the midwives' names and everyone knows who i am on the phone. forgot to eat some of the chocolate the students left today.
had a laugh with jacqui about our most disliked med student when he was back with one of the GPO's yesterday. poor B, stuck with him all day in clinic.
i think one of our patients who had a salpingectomy for a ruptured ectopic wasn't given anti-D during her admission (and it was 9 days ago, so probably too late to give it now).
hate it when people don't use their words properly without considering the implications of the words they choose to use (or not understanding their implications).
i'm already tired thinking about the weekend. looks like there won't be any finders keepers for me. i remember the first time i went to finders keepers in brisbane. it was a 9 hour return drive in one day and i crashed my car into the side of the road, ha. i miss queensland.
