Hawker's Fair time again!

My 2nd year organizing the annual hawkers fair in conjunction with National Day's of Singapore (9 Aug) and Malaysia (31 Aug). Larger turnout than last year, more food selection as well, we did $5,000 worth of gross sales this year. Most of the food ran out around 1.30pm

Fui Lin!

So happy I could coordinate my work schedule to meet up with Fui Lin as she flew in from Munich for training in upstate NY. School friends since elementary/primary school, we run in the same circle of friends back home. After A-levels, she moved to Sheffield for uni and ended up staying and working in London. I last saw her in 2004 when I visited London. She has since married, moved to Netherlands, had a lil boy (Sean is now 3) and 2 years ago moved to Germany. 

It was really good to catch up, talk about the good old days, get updates about things back home over some Portuguese and Malaysian food and hopefully I'll see her and family next time in Munich :)
