Actually it was 19.7 miles. Jared and I got up at 3:30 this morning to run it. I fed Hudson and then we were out the door at 4. It was grueling, but still not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Our marathon countdown has begun. . .about one month left. I am VERY excited to run in beautiful San Francisco, not only will it be
significantly cooler, but the race goes over the Golden Gate Bridge and through downtown and through Haight-Ashbury to mention a few places. I'll be so busy looking at the scenery, I won't even notice the pain. . .ha!
The scenery here was beautiful, too. It was cool out by the Superstition mountains this morning, and the sunrise was awesome. We even saw 2 cardinals, I didn't even know there were cardinals here! I love running, but running with my Husband has made me love it even more.
