Lazy Mornings

Sometimes our weekends are packed full of busyness and other times they are just perfectly lazy.  I love that in this picture that Emmy has mismatched pajamas and Elly's hair is a mess.  I love that Emmy is snuggling up to El, gosh I love these moments.  Soon the weekends will be back to crazy but for now I am enjoying these moments.  =)

Emmy's daycare also has a preschool program, so it wasn't too hard on the heart strings.  Can't believe she's old enough though.  Oh my heart.

Emmy at the Dentist

While my sweet Elly has never had a cavity EVER, my baby Emmy has two.  Ugh.  She was so brave while they worked on her teeth, however after the first cavity was filled she had enough and refused to let them fill the second.  I can't say enough about the staff at our dentist they were so sweet and gentle.  Hopefully this is the only cavity this sweet girl will have.  Crossing fingers!

Jon's WI Race

Jon was invited to participate in the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships.  I was unable to go because of work, so he took Elly, his parents and drove to Wisconsin last Thursday. 

To say I was so proud of him and heart broken I couldn't be there is an understatement.  He is still training for a full Iron Man (race is next month) so he was ready.  I streamed it and Elly sent me pictures and videos...so it was almost like I was there.  =)
