Dorsey Park

Liz and I took Izzy to Dorsey Park. It was a beautiful day and we all had fun.Slides are fun.
Up she goes again
Running, running, Izzy is always running
Liz lends a hand as Izzy climbs up a new way.
Cautious at first, then she was running back and forth.
The tube type slides scared her at first. Then she really had fun. As she was going down, she would say, "I'm not scared"
Izzy loved all the things to play on. She was so excited to run and play outdoors.
I think I'll try this slide now.
Up the rock wall she goes.

Peek a boo!

Daffodils

Izzy and Sarah love the daffodils! Sarah was especially glad to see them. Since the last three years she has been in school in Utah during the spring and has missed the daffodils blooming. I think Izzy was planning to go home with Sarah and Tony. Unfortunately there wasn't room for her in the truck.

Izzy and Liz on Easter. It is a tradition to take their picture by the daffodils each year. Izzy has a new hat too.

Izzy loves to play on her little slide. Papa raked up some leaves so she can slide down into them. She loves it and squeals with delight each time.
Sarah and Tony load up the truck as the get ready to head back to Pennsylvania. It is about a 5 hour drive to their apartment. At least we are in the same time zone!

Easter Eggs

Coloring easter eggs

I think the adults had as much fun as Izzy did

Wow! Tablets for writing. Izzy also got some cute little pens to write in her new tablets

Izzy and her Seesa. Sarah was a little sad because Izzy has started to call her Sarah sometimes. But since the way she says Sarah is so cute, it makes it a little better. I think Izzy knows that Sarah likes being called Seesa because sometimes when she is talking, she says Sarah and then changes it to Seesa.

Easter Break

When we left Pennsylvania on Tuesday, we took Sarah with us. We had fun shopping for maternity clothes shopping :-) Tony came down on Saturday after work and they spent Easter morning with us. After church, they went to Tony's family's house.

Izzy loves the daffodils!

Izzy likes to stack things now.

Tony and Sarah went on a cruise earlier this year and Tony bought Clay a gift.

Trip to PA

For Spring Break, Gary took a week off from work and we went to Pennsylvania to visit Gary's cousin Frank and then Sarah and Tony.

First we drove to Philadelphia to visit Gary's cousin Frank Mitchell. Gary and Frank hadn't seen each other for 45 years! Their dad's are brothers. They used to live in Florida close to each other. But in 1962, Gary's family moved first to Kentucky and then to Indiana.

Then we were off to Clarks Summit, just outside of Scranton, to visit Sarah and Tony in their new apartment.

Sarah is already making the place cute and "homey"

Gary and Sarah worked on leveling a picture on the wall. Note the baby bump! :-)

Sarah loves doing laundry. Well that may be an exageration, but she loves having a washer and dryer in the apartment!
